"Danny," Joey said, "I need to borrow your car tomorrow." Danny sighed.
"Joey don't tell me you're going to his grave again," he said.
"Who's grave," Stephanie asked coming into the room
"Um... your mom's grave," Joey said thinking quickly.
"Liar liar pants on fire," Stephanie said, "Daddy said his grave and I know mommy was a girl not a boy." Michelle started fussing.
"Steph honey would you go check on your sister," Danny asked.
"Sure dad," Stephanie said. She ran out of the room.
"Joseph he's been gone for years," Jessie said.
"Yeah well I visit his grave every year," Joey replied.
"It's just sad for you," Danny said.
"I DON'T CARE," Joey replied, "I AM NOT GOING TO BREAK MY PROMISE TO HIM."
"Joey he knew you loved him," Danny said.
"He is my son," Joey replied, "I won't abandon him. I didn't abandon him when he was alive and I won't now that he's dead."

Stephanie came into the room again.

"YOU HAVE A SON," he asked. Joey sighed. He motioned for Stephanie to take a seat.
"Well he was my wife's son," Joey said, "But I raised him since infancy. I loved him. I-"
"You had a wife!"
"I married Mari when I was in High School," Joey said, "She was my childhood sweetheart. She already had Josh and he was weeks old when we got married. GOD I loved that kid. He was the perfect boy. He was polite. He actually reminded me of all 3 of you girls. He had the same persistence as you Stephanie. When he wanted things he would make sure to get it. He never gave up. He had DJ's love of practical jokes. He really gave me a fright from some of them. He also had Michelle's sweetness. He was always making people feel better."
"So what happened to him," Stephanie asked. Joey sighed.
"Some kids were very jealous of him," he said, "They felt like he was stealing their thunder. They decided to play a joke on him. It was a mean joke and ended up hurting him really bad. He just died from that joke." Joey wasn't going into details. Josh's final moments were too gruesome for anyone to hear, especially Stephanie. She would have nightmares about it. Joey was afraid she might press him but instead she got up and hugged him.
"I'm sorry you lost your son," Stephanie said, "I love you Joey. If you want to think of me as a daughter you can." Joey smiled now and hugged her.
"Steph you will always be my little girl," Joey said, "I love you too."
"But you're my little girl first," Danny said. Everyone laughed.
