'hmmmmm….who's dreams should I spy on tonight…..no…no..no..no…oh Liz! Perfect!' Isabel thought as she was looking for her before bed nightly entertainment. She pressed her finger to Liz's picture and away she went. She appeared on Liz's balcony and got comfy sitting on the ledge close the wall to enjoy the show. Liz was climbing through her window to look up at the stars. When suddenly, Max appeared in front of her. 'Please don't let this be a sex dream', Isabel thought as she watched the two stare at each other.
Finally, Max spoke up, "We belong together don't you see? Why do you continue to deny our love, and why would you sleep with Kyle knowing it would hurt me like it did? None of this makes sense!"
"I love you Max, but we can't be together, please it can't ever be, and that's all I can tell you, don't press the issue," Liz replied.
'Even Liz's dreams are boring, this is like everyday stuff,' Isabel thought, but just as she was about to leave someone else appeared in this dream. He looked like Max, but he was older, and shaggier. It managed to catch Isabel's interest, though she wasn't sure why.
This Max leaned down by Liz's ear and whispered, "You have to make me stop loving you. Your plan with Kyle obviously didn't work, you know this can't happen, the future depends on what you do in this moment."
Liz gasped and turned around, the now Max seemed to be oblivious to what was going on at the moment, as if time for him had just frozen.
"You're back!" Liz yelled as she through her arms around this new Max, "but, how did it not work, it was working before, you left, remember!"
"Something changed, something you said or something you did, I'm not sure, but it didn't work, we ended up together and the world is ending all over again, you need to stop it again." He demanded of her.
"I don't think I can do this again, my heart is already broken enough, and I don't think there is anything else I can do!" Liz begged, "Please, there must be another way to fix this!" She was in tears at this point.
"There is no other way…you failed the first time, and now you must do it again, do anything, leave if you must, but you have to break my heart to save the world." Max said cryptically.
Right then Liz must have woken up from this horrendous dream, because Isabel was thrust back to reality with a revelation! Liz only broke up with Max to save the world, and poor mopey Max knows nothing about it. She rushed out of her room to tell him everything.
Sorry the first chapter is so short, I'll try to make the next one longer, I hope you enjoyed it, honestly I'm not too happy about it, but this is mostly for writing practice. You're feedback is greatly appreciated, any advice you can give will be taken with open arms.
