Emily could not help but be amazed by the man she was in love with. Everything he did and everything he said was just so perfect. She was falling more and more love with him with every day that passes. Even now sitting here listening to him talk was like a breath of fresh air to her. She never tired of hearing him talk even when it was about cases or work.

After the briefing was over Emily took a deep breath and said "Aaron can I talk to you for a minute please?"

Aaron looked over at Emily and saw from the look in her eyes that whatever it is she needed to talk about was serious. "Yes, you can Emily. Is something wrong?"

Emily looked at him from her lowered lashes and shook her head. She knew exactly what she wanted to say but she was so afraid that it would come out wrong and she didn't want that. She wanted to be able to tell him how she felt and for him to understand where she was coming from. Heck she was not even this nervous when she lost her virginity.

Emily licked her lips and she bit back a smile when she saw Aaron following her tongue so she finally just said "I am in love with you Aaron. Nothing compares to loving you. You are in my head and in my heart. I have tried to stop loving you and I can't. You are forever in my heart."

Aaron smiled and stepped towards Emily and grabbed her hands in his as he looked deep into her eyes and said "It is a good thing I am forever in your heart because you Emily Marie Prentiss are forever in my heart."

Emily sighed and a breath came out she had not even been aware that she had been holding and said "I almost ran after I told you. I would have if you wouldn't have stepped towards me."

Aaron laughed and smirked. "I'd come for you if you ran Emily. Now that I know you feel the same way I do I am never letting you go."

With those words being said Aaron pulled Emily into his embrace and kissed her tenderly.
