The Gorillaz gang smirked and smiled as they walked through Russel's hometown. They were going to visit his Grandmother. Lucky for them, the alley Russel used to live in rarely ever got new visitors and everyone knew them already. So, to their relief, there were no mauling fans. They were normally trying to shove and push their way through waves of girls and boys raving about how much they 'loved' them. All the members knew that the only thing they REALLY loved was their money and looks.

Russel smiled and knocked on his Granny's door, listening to the creaking of the screen as his guardian showed herself. She was an older woman, sort of chubby with dark ebony skin. Granny hugged Russel, having to stand on her tiptoes in her flat shoes in order to do so. She was wearing an apron and blue dress, her gray hair in a bun. Russel smiled and turned to his friends.

"Guys, this is my Granny. You be nice, y'hear? No funny shit around her…or she'll pop your ass into the next millennium." He cringed when Granny tweaked his ear.

"Watch your language, lil boy or I'll pop YOUR ass into the next millennium!" Russel gasped and shouted several 'ow's as his friends laughed at him in amusement. Murdoc smirked and walked into the house after Granny and Russel. His mismatched eyes looked over the house, seeing it spotless.

"'Ell, you sure d'keep y'house clean…" Granny shrugged and smiled a little, as if she knew something. Noodle, Murdoc, and 2D sat in a huddle on the couch, while Granny sat in a rocker and Russel stood.

"Well, Russel-baby, I have a surprise for you." Granny said, rocking back in forth as she smiled and chewed on the hard candy she had popped into her mouth. It belonged to the candy dish. HER candy dish. She smiled and continued to rock, waiting for them. Murdoc sighed and waited in impatience. 2D smiled and looked around as if he didn't know where he was. Noodle, glanced every which-way, tapping her tiny, Japanese foot. Russel sighed and decided to speak.

"What is it?" He finally asked, his deep voice practically shaking the large condo. Granny grinned that nice Granny Grin.

"Sweetheart, you can come out now! Russel," She said with a smile as a younger girl walked out from the kitchen. "This is your sister." Russel stared in amazement. He hadn't expected THAT.

The girl had long, dark brown hair, and the deepest eyes. They looked black, the brown irises hard to spot in the eternally dark spheres. She wore a camo shirt and khaki pants, a black sweater tied tightly around her waist. Her skin was a nice match to Russel's, only considerably lighter. It was more of a hot chocolate color, whereas Russel's skin was a dark chocolate color. Soon after seeing her, Russel wished she wasn't his sister.

"This is a nice surprise…" Murdoc laughed, standing up and looking at the girl. "She doesn't look nothing like you, fatso." The girl laughed, beginning to play with her yo-yo. Noodle gasped and ran over to the taller woman. She was a bit shorter than Murdoc, the second tallest of the band. Noodle whined a little and reached for the yo-yo, the woman laughing and handing it to her. Granny cleared her throat and the older girl immediately snapped to attention.

"Russel, baby. She's only your half sister. Her mum was white." The girl walked over to them, ignoring the excited Noodle and holding out her hand to whoever might shake it first.

"I'm Angela." Angela said happily, her voice like honey, dripping with love and hope. 2D, who had been entranced with her appearance, shook her hand first, his dark eyes staring into her's.

"I'm 2D. This is Murdoc," He motioned to the Satanist to his right, then continued, "And Noodle." Then he glanced at the frustrated Noodle.

"Your yo-yo is broken!" She shouted in anger.
