Inuyasha and Donuts

InuYasha was sitting near the Goshinkbo tree. His mind was focused on the path that lay ahead for him and the others. And where the future would place him and Kagome. He closed his eyes and

seemed to just be lost inside his mind. Minutes later, InuYasha's left ear twitched as he heard Kagome coming near. Finally she is back. Kagome came to the tree and noticed InuYasha deep in thought.

She held the box in her hands tightly and brought her other hand to her mouth. In her hand, opposite the box, Kagome held a circular, frosted covered pastry. She took a bite out of it and felt that

sweet taste explode in her mouth.

She knew that InuYasha was addicted to Ramen. But she thought it was time to introduce him and the others to a few other modern foods. She noticed InuYasha's eyes were now open and that he

was looking at her curiously. "Kagome, what is that?" She heard him ask as she finished the treat. She swallowed and smiled.

"It's called a donut InuYasha. It's just some fried dough made into a circular shape and then frosted with frosting or glazed." She reported to him.

"Oh." He thought a minute and thought that it seemed to smell really good. "Can I try one?"

Kagome smiled wider and opened the box. She presented to him various looking donuts and he looked at each one. He then pointed to one that had chocolate frosting and red sprinkles on it. Kagome

took it out and handed it to him. She watched as he took a bite. "How is it InuYasha?" She asked.

"It's good.." He said as he devoured the rest. When he was finished he noticed that he got some of the frosting on his hands. "What do I do with this stuff on me though?"

Kagome shrugged. "You can wipe it off or you can lick it off I suppose." InuYasha nodded and licked the remnants from the frosting off his fingers.

They continued to eat two more donuts and after a while, InuYasha started to watch Kagome. She was so cute eating beside her. Licking her lips whenever she thought she got some frosting on

them. That was when InuYasha got an idea. "Hey Kagome. You have a little chocolate on your lips." He said.

Kagome looked at him and tilted her head. He watched as her pink tongue darted out trying to clean the mess off of her. He smiled. So there was no frosting. It was an excuse for him to kiss her.

"You missed. Here I'll get it." He bent down and licked her lips, tracing them with his tongue. Then, before he could stop himself, he pressed his lips to hers and kissed her.

After a few moments, InuYasha pulled away. He looked at Kagome to see her blushing furiously. "InuYasha.." She began. "If you wanted a kiss all you had to do was ask." She giggled.

He smiled. "Okay Kagome." Then Kagome started to laugh. "What is it?"

"InuYasha, you have frosting all over your mouth." Kagome passed him her pocket mirror. No doubt there was frosting all over. Then, Kagome got an idea. She decided that she would do the same to

him but she would make it better. "Come here and let me get that off your face." But before she did, she kissed him on the lips and soon he was returning it. This kiss lasted longer than the other one

did.

When they pulled apart, InuYasha was smiling. "You kiss and taste real good Kagome."

She blushed deeply. Then she remembered something. "Here InuYasha.." she wiped off his face and smiled. "You enjoy the donut?"

He returned her smile. "Very much Kagome. Thank you."

"Your welcome." She looked at him and he returned the gaze. Within seconds, they were kissing again and soon after, they were laughing."
