WAIT! What kind of ending is that? Happily Ever After, I bet you've heard that phrase in so many fairy tales it makes you sick. But in this story, it had a significant pun. Hence, when Collin was going to try to kill Misty the second time. But more importantly, all three words mean something to Ash and Misty.

Happily: How they will live. Their joys and sorrows will combine and cancel each other out. Many happy new beginnings such as a first child or promise. How they will feel every morning they wake to see a smile on their love's face. How their souls will be content, in not having to hold back any more secrets of long lost feelings. Every thing will be let go…finally.

Ever: Never, ever again…will they face trauma. Such pain will not be experienced. They will never say goodbye. They will never have to see each others eyes if the words 'I think we should go our separate ways' should come up. It's not like those words are going to come up, though. They never EVER will. Scars may be on their bodies, but they will eventually fade. Very unlike their undying love.

After: And they shall live happily ever after, until the end of their days.
