I am happy, yet sad to inform you that Misty had made it back into Ash's arms up in Heaven. It was about 3 years after their little meeting in the park when Misty was 24 years old. Her college had been involved in a shooting. Even though Misty and a few other unfortunate students weren't the original target, they got trapped in the building. Of course, they were shot and killed. Now that Misty is back into Ash's arms in heaven, they made it their promise to watch over all the young couples that are and will be going through what they did. All the people who's loved ones die—they will be there for them as a guardian angel. Old solos that Ash used to sing up on his lonely cloud become duets of love.
