Eighteen months after Big Shell
In the labyrinths of The Pentagon lay a state of the art command center called Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace was the command center where the true power lay in America. In Crystal Palace many rooms lay a conference room where the leadership of America meets. Seated at the table was a group known as the Council of Twelve.
The Council of Twelve sat at the semi circular table their faces obscured by light and shadows.
"So we are all agreed to raise the price of oil." replied the chairman.
"I think we can all agree that we need more money" said on man.
"Than the issue should be put to a vote." Replied the chairman

Twelve gloved hands unanimously raised into the air.
"Now this brings us to the most pressing issue."
"The fate of the target and his accomplices."
"I think that we can all agree that the target and the information he holds is a threat to our very existence." replied the chairman.
"I think that imperative that the target be eliminated and all the information he holds to be destroyed."

"Twelve hands raised into the air again.
"How about the sympathizer and the child."
"The traitor betrayed us and became romantically involved with the target."
"I think we can all agree that the traitor knows too much about this organization and the people involved."
