AN: It's been a while since I did a Sonamy One shot. I might have lost a bit of touch but I try my best ^^;

Sonic the blue hedgehog was sleeping with Amy Rose during this rainy night at her house. While Amy was sleeping peacefully and quietly, Sonic was suddenly started to toss and turn in his sleep. He started to whimper and then groan in his sleep.

"No...Not now!" Sonic muttered in his sleep, he was obviously having a nightmare.

(Sonic's dream)

Sonic was thrown roughly at a brick wall by someone and weakly gets up, his body covered in cuts and bruises. What he saw was the shape of an familiar rogue echidna with metallic claws on his knuckles, two scars over his left eye and lightning bolt on his chest, Crimson the Echidna. He looked more demonic than he did in real life.

"Surrender Sonic. Your friends are down for the count. I killed your girlfriend and your best friend the two tailed puppy I've torn in two pieces! You have nothing left to help you!" Crimson sneered.

Sonic's eyes turned white in rage and he turned into Dark Sonic.

"MURDERER! YOU MUST DIE!" Dark Sonic yelled and dashes at Crimson to pummel the echidna with all his might. He beats him in the face with three blows and slams him onto the ground.

"You don't deserve to live!" Dark Sonic lifts Crimson by the throat.
"You'll be just like me if you kill me. My legacy will survive in your hands" Crimson taunts Dark Sonic.
"SHUT UP!" Dark Sonic yelled and snaps Crimson's neck with his bare hands. He drops Crimson's body with blood on his hands. Horrified at what he has done, Dark Sonic turns back to Sonic and backs off in horror.

(End of Sonic's nightmare)

"NOOO! AHHH!" Sonic woke up screaming in fright and saw he was still at Amy's room with her next to him, she was waking up after hearing him scream.
"Sonic?!" Amy held onto him in concern. Sonic hugs Amy tightly relieved that she is still there.
"A-A-A-A-Amy...Thank god you're alive" Sonic breathes rapidly; he was shaking in fear and his fur was sweating.

"Easy Sonic, it's just a nightmare. I'm right here" Amy gently pets his quills. She became curious of what he dreamed of.
"What did you dream of?" She asked Sonic.
"T-T-T-That Crimson was there and I fought him in my D-d-d-dark form after he mentioned he killed you and Tails and all of our friends. Then I-I turned dark and k-k-killed him by snapping his neck in t-t-the most unthinkable way, before he died he said I would become like him, I don't wanna be like him" Sonic started to cry, pulling from Amy and sobs into his hands, Amy was shocked as she scoots over to him and held his shoulders.

"Sonic, Crimson is already dead and you would never killed him like that. You would never turn into a psychopathic murderer due to your pure good heart" Amy said.
"I know. But I'm worried if I ever do such t-t-thing to someone. It would destroy my dignity and reputation and my status as a hero" Sonic said. Amy wipes the tears off his cheeks and hugs him again.

"I understand Sonic. But again, It was just a bad dream and it never occurred ever" Amy said.
"It must be because of those horrible things Crimson did to us. These memories still hurts, especially after what he did to Tails. Ugh I don't wanna think about it" Sonic sniffled.
"Okay. But be glad the bad dream is over. Now we better try to go back to sleep, It's 11:50 PM" Amy said and gets back into the covers.
"You're right. And Amy..." Sonic pulls her close to his chest.
"Sleep with me here"
"Of course Sonikku" Amy said, kissing Sonic good night. The two lovers went back to sleep.
