The young boy with the soft aquamarine tresses gazed thoughtfully out at the azure depths of the Living Water Forest, marveling at the beauty of the incandescent insects that flew to and fro in the warm currents of the dusky air. A heavy sigh sifted through his chest, and he exhaled his warm breath loudly into the twilight evening.

"Reicher..." he whispered.

He gazed down at the gleaming argent ring that lay upon his slender alabaster finger, and thoughts of his pearly-haired Adonis once again returned to him in full. The feelings he had deep in the core of his beating incarnadine heart for Reicher... what were they? He had never felt such things, not in all of his sixteen revolutions of the green earth around the lustrous golden orb.

"Why can I not get you out of my head?" he breathed aloud, but there was no one to hear his soft, sibilant sigh save for the nearby aquatic creatures and insects.

A sigh once again passed through the coral petals that were Raze's lips.

He could never—not because the feelings that stirred within the depths of his immortal soul were untrue, but because...

Who would ever love one such as him?
