Time to FLY

It was a quiet night. I stood on the battlements, just watching the people as they head home to bed. It has been a long time sense I came to Camelot. In that time I have kept my secret and now it is time for it to come out. I can feel it in my heart that Arthur is ready to know. I do not know how he will take it, but it is time.

As I stand there I hear the door behind me open. I can tell it is Arthur as he stands next to me. As we stand there I look up to the stars and smile. It was time.

"Arthur I have something to tell you. I just ask that you let me finish before you jump in." I said. He just nods.

"I was born with magic. My mom sent me hear to Gaius to help me learn to control it. Now before you go and start in on how I should have told you. Understand that I have been told, that if it was found out that I have magic, I will be killed."

"I wanted to tell you. But I did not want to put you ageist your father. I am telling you now. Because in my heart I can feel that you are ready to what have to say." I told him everything.

"That is fine if you hate me. I can understand. Just know that all I have done is keep you an Camelot safe séance I came hear." when I finished we just stood their. After some time he said."I know. My mother came to me in a dream and showed me everything you did to save me and my kingdom. I'm not ma d at you. And I understand why you did not tell me."

We smile at each other, and then a commotion at the door caught our attention. We turn to look and see all the round table knights in the door way on the floor. They were spying on us and heard all that was said. They all had a different look on their faces.

Leon, Elyan, and Percival had a look of shock on their faces. Lancelot had a look of happiness on his face. He was happy that my secret was out (and that I was still alive).

Gwaine was laughing his head off. "I know it!"

We just look at him with the question in our eyes. He just made refence to flying plates and moving benches. I just smiled. As stood their talking, I start to think about something my mom said to me the day I left home. That one day I will truly be ready to spread my wing and fly. And tonight is that time. It was now my time to fly.
