The Magicgirl Trials
Prelude
"Long ago, before the creation of different worlds there was only one realm where four kingdoms of magic ruled in peace. These kingdoms governed 10 elements to protect themselves and the power where all things were created. One day a dark presence tried to take this power for its own evil needs. But, a young maiden born with the power of all the kingdoms and the elements rose up to fight this evil. With her allies they fought a long hard battle. When the final blow came the maiden used her power of fusion to combine all the elements and seal the evil away. But, as it was being sealed, the evil cast a spell on the girl, shattering her heart and soul into three pieces and scattering the elements she once wielded. The realm was divided into different worlds and the maiden's allies and relatives were strewn across them. The maiden's relatives were given the power to travel between the worlds, and to seal away magic. But only the females had these powers, the males became powerful magic users. Together they set down the rules of the magicgirls, guardians of magic and the supernatural. The magicgirls travel across the worlds and dimensions sealing away the strands of evil magic that were left behind after that long battle, searching for the realm where that first power still sleeps. They protect the worlds and fight alongside the heroes of the worlds. However as time wears on the seal on the evil slowly breaks and it is able to send out more vile magic. The magicgirls knew this, but were not afraid. They knew that the shattered heart and soul of the first magicgirl will be reborn as three and the elements will rise up to fight it once again. Until then, they wait for the time when all three are reborn."
"Are they still waiting Grandpa?" asked the 5-year-old girl.
"Yes, my little wildfire, but now its time for bed," The girl's grandfather replied, tucking her into bed.
"Awwww, I don't wanna go."
"Little girls need their sleep you know."
"Alright, Grandpa."
Just as the old man closed the door, the girl said,
"I hope that the magicgirls don't have to wait too long, Grandpa."
The elderly man chuckled and replied, "I hope so too, my dear, good night."
"Good night, grandpa." The girl chirped.
The man closed the door and murmured to himself, " They certainly don't
