Everything is Not What it Seems

Disclaimer: I do not own either Criminal Minds or the Wizards of Waverly Place

Author's note: I've been wanting to do a crossover of CM/WOWP since I saw my first WOWP episode this summer. Warning: this might get a little supernaturalish in later chapters! Enjoy!

Chapter One

"Alexandria Margarita Russo, you promised you wouldn't do any magic on this trip" Theresa said her voice rising to that tone she had when she was somewhere between angry and annoyed. "I made no such promise…tell her Justin" Alex screamed. "But you did Alex" Justin said. "Do you always have to be such a kiss-up Justin?" she said so only he could hear her, "It wasn't that big a deal anyway" she said turning back to her mother. All she had done was make the pictures in the museum come to life when only they were in there. It would've been so boring otherwise she thought to herself. I put them back when I was done. "Okay okay" Theresa said throwing up her hands and leaving the room. "I'm getting away from this place" Alex said, "Yeah and where are you gonna go in this city where you've never been before?" Justin asked. "Somewhere" Alex answered. "Gothrough Mothrough" she said and with that she was through the door,

Wow Chicago is a cool city Alex thought as she walked. She continued on and noticed that it was getting cooler. She thought about using the cashmereus appearus spell but there were way too many people around. She kept walking until she realized that she was in what looked to be a bad neighborhood. She saw the dilapidated buildings around though one of them seemed to be in better shape than the others. It was the community center in which Derek Morgan had spent most of his youth. Since Morgan many other boys had gone through that center and some of them had experienced the same abuse he had while there. After Carl Beauford who had been the director of the center was arrested for molesting some of the boys. Morgan was standing in front of the building thinking about all that had happened there and how he could make it a better place for the boys.

As Alex walked toward the building she was approached by two gang members "Hey baby you wanna give me some of that?" Rodney chanted. "No I don't" she said not wanting to let her fear show. "Okay if you don't want to give me some than this is what you get" he said as he held a gun to her head. Alex screamed and fell back on the ground and hit her head. "FBI drop your weapon now" she heard a voice say and then saw a tall black man. Rodney turned around and pointed his gun at Derek "You think I'm afraid of you Mr FBI man?" he challenged. "Oh I know so" Morgan said as he lunged forward and caught Rodney in a tackle and handcuffed him. "He's all yours" he said as he pushed Rodney toward the officer who had appeared on the scene a minute or so after him. Morgan went over to Alex and called an ambulance. "Alexandria Russo, 16 years old and from New York" Morgan said as he read her license. He picked up her cell phone and went through the contacts until he came to one that said dad and called it. "Mr Russo I think you should come to the hospital your daughter was attacked 15 minutes ago." Morgan heard a crash and then he said "We'll be there as soon as we can."
