Zoeys POV
I felt fear. I could feel Heath... He was scared and alone. Not completely but alone as in only him vs. him kind of thing. I felt spirit leave me. I felt weird. Than i heard the call...
Heath called spirit to him to get my help. I ran and ran till i got to the huge room with Kalona and Heath. Kalona was towering over Heath. I wish that all this fear being sent from Heath wasn't traveling through me. Stark could feel my fear. I knew it.I was roved right when Strak burst through the room with Aphrodites warrior Darius.
Just as they burst through the room that's when Kolana raise his hands to Heaths head and broke his neck. Cleanly. i sent spirit through and out of me in a ball. It hit Kalona sending him into the water. I fell then, but i could see Kalona rising from the water as i fell to the ground. My soul shattered i knew that Stark could feel it also. The last thought that ran through my head was Heaths last words that went through his mind. I love you. you won't fail if i say so.
His words were sent to me perfectly. I faded out then in. I woke up in a beautiful meadow. The sky was icing cake blue. This should have bothered my eyes but it didn't. i was about to start to try and think but i decided not to. "Nope. No thinking for me." The words were like lavender moving around me.
I heard a noise that sounded like zing... plop. Weird.
I walked through between the trees. I seen him sitting there happy and fishing. No. No i don't want to see him. I tried to take a step back but there was a branch on the ground that snapped.
Heaths POV
I was having fun fishing. It was a lovely day, with blue skies and a sun. I just reeled in when i heard the snap of a branch. My head whipped around to see her standing there. The smile that was on my face faded. "Zoey."
When i said her name her face showed sadness. She dropped to her knees. I ran over to her to see whats wrong, i got to her before she fell to the round completely and caught her in my arms.
She started to sob."But you don't belong here! your dead."
Then it hit me. She didn't know where she was."Zo, babe, this is the other world. It's not me who doesn't belong here. It's you."
She started to fade, away in my arms."Zo I love you. Please stay safe." Then she was gone. I hoped she heard what i had said. I wish i could have gone back with her. Protect her from Kalona's evil... Everything was getting darker to me, i was getting tired. I fell into the blackness.
I woke up later. I felt wide awake. It hit me then. I was fishing before i fell into the darkness, now I'm in what looks like my bedroom except that the sun was shining through my roof. I realized that i almost forgot about Zoey. Almost. Then she appeared in my room. Well not appeared but she was coming through a bright light into my room. Nyx appeared into my room then. "Hello Heath."
My breath caught. Nyx. She was as even more beautiful than the slab of rocks they made into her. "Nyx." I wispered.
"Do not worry about Zoey. She will do whats right. She is still marked in my heart as special. And so are you. You may enter her dreams as you please but not to much it takes much energy. You talking to someone that wasn't meant to come here made you tired and fall into the darkness. The darkness is like sleep, no worries."She reassured me as she could.
She came to tell me this and that was all. She told me she had to watch over her vampires and fledglings. She soon dissolved into nothing. And then i was alone in my room.
