I normally don't right stories like this, but I read a story by Fighter1357 called That Scream, and... yeah. I got the idea from Fighter1357.
Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom
More than one heart stopped that night.
The Night That Changed Everything.
By: Robin371
No mater how many times she saw Danny transform she would always remember that moment. That one split second decision that changed everything. She would never be able to get it out of her head. Maybe that was why she was so protective of him, the guilt. The guilt that no mater how you sliced the cake, she had hurt him, she had made him this was.
She had never meant to. All she had wanted was a picture of him and his parent's latest contraption. How was she supposed to know that, that was all it needed to work, the life of a living person. That blood curling, gut wrenching, terrifying, half mad scream had come out of nowhere.
Suddenly there had been a flash of light and then they heard it. That terrifying, half mad scream. They saw their best friend rise into the air eith thousands of volts of electricity flowing into his body, and suddenly his back had arched in an unnatural way with a sudden jerk...
"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
It was then that the madness flowed into his voice.
He didn't act like it, nor did his face show it, but it was the eyes...The madness was still there.
The volts intensified and there was another flash of light and the screams stopped. He had never screamed like that again, not even when he had lost his powers to a wish. He couldn't. His voice was no longer capable of such a feat. That night had left a mark on every single person in that room. It had left a mark on Tucker, whose only crime was curiosity and excitement. It had defiantly left a mark on Danny, who had a "multiple personality" disorder and could no longer talk as loud as a normal person and whose voice was way to scratchy even for a boy his age.
It had also left a mark on Sam who had to live with the fact that she had done that to her boyfriend. No mater what he said, she new the truth. There was a reason that the anti-ghost belt worked on him even when he was "human". Every time he "went ghost" she was faced with cold hard reality. The reality that she was a murderer. Not the kind with guns and sharp objects, but the kind with words and faulty objects. Every time he said the words, "Going Ghost!" she was faced with the cold hard fact that she was a murderer.
She had killed her boyfriend.
