i got the idea for this watching what every episode it was when tony found them wet t-shirt photots of kate and i always wonderd what made abby help kate with out asking questions

"Abby I need a favor and I need you to not ask me why ok?" she was desperate, Tony was driving her crazy and it was the only thing she could think of to get out from under him. She could suppress the shiver that passed through her body at the thought of being under Tony, socially or otherwise. She had decided to go to Abby after exhausting ever other attempt to get Tony off her back. She hadn't realized that Abby was to engrossed in her work to even notice that Kate had walked in.
Without looking up from her work Abby answered "Awww come on Kate you know it's more fun when you tell me your dirty little secrets" looking up from the micro scope she was currently staring at she made eye contact with Kate and it wasn't until then that she realized that Kate had her serious face on. "Ok I'll make a deal with you…you do this thing for me and I will tell you why I need it done." Kate didn't particularly want to tell Abby about the photo but it was Abby, she was her friend.
Abby would have done it for Kate anyway but she just wanted to see what was so important. "sure…so what exactly am I doing for you Agent Todd?" the comment was lased with enough innuendo that she felt her self shiver again, this time she welcomed it. Without answering her she handed Abby a file and walked out of the lab.
It was gone nine by the time Kate had finished work, Abby had sent her the photo of Tony and was currently on her way to thank Abby for all the hard work she had done to make the photo look so real. As she walked into the dark lab she had almost given up on seeing Abby before the weekend when she noticed the two large jugs of water sitting on the side of Abby's lab. She felt her self freeze, her foot took a step backwards and her back came in contact with something hard. Her breath was stolen from her as she realized she was standing in front of the person she was looking for about two minutes ago.
"Now Kate I think someone's been holding out on me" she didn't need to turn around to see who it was but she did anyway. Abby's pupils were dilated and even though there was only light coming from the computer screen over Kate's shoulder she could still see a glint in Abby's eye. "wha…what do you mean …" Kate had to calm herself down, she could feel her heart rate increase and she was pretty sure it had something to do with being so close to Abby. She had tried to deny her attraction to the gorgeous Goth ever since she had started working at NCIS but being this close to her was more than enough to make her tongue sick to the roof of her mouth.
"I mean I got a very interesting email a few hours ago…guess what was in it." Abby could visibly see Kate shiver with fear and it only encouraged her. Kate was hardly listening to Abby, all she could see was Abby's lips and how much she wanted to kiss them, how much she wanted to feel them on her neck, shoulder stomach…well there goes the ability to breath.
Abby took the vow of silence Kate was currently experience as encouragement, without saying another word she slowly brought her hand out from behind her back revealinga large white t-shirt.
