It was the morning of the day that Chidori was going to be released from the hospital, and she was excited. She could finally start her long awaited search for the person from her dream. She was determined to meet him and was resolute not to give up till she found him. As she put on the intricate white dress that the nurse told her was her clothing she started to feel dizzy.

Chidori stumbled backwards, her head reeling as she took a seat on the hospital bed. She thought back to the day that Junpei boy had come in to see her after she finally woke up. He must have been her friend before her accident because he had been crying when he saw she was awake. When she stood up she felt dizzy again and suddenly a second miracle occured.

"I remember" Chidori whispered as she thought back. Her smile only widened as it affirmed in her mind, she actually remembered what happened. Her Persona, her friends, dying... and Junpei. A sudden gasp escaped the excited girl's lips, "It was Junpei!" She smiled joyfully as she ran out of the hospital room and out into the mid-day sunlight.

As she headed to the first place she could think he would be, she began to giggle she was so excited, uncharacteristic behavior for Chidori Yoshino. As Chidori arrived at Port Island Station she sat on the bench where the two of them had first met. When she saw a familiar blue baseball cap bob towards her she stood up and smiled even bigger.

"Junpei!" she called to him. Junpei turned his head and smiled as he walked over to her.

"Chidori, you're out of the hospital" he smiled. As she looked up, she could see the apprehension and pain in his brown eyes, she had put him through so much.

"I-I remember" Chidori whispered to him, smiling.

"What?" Junpei, stumbling away from her as he was caught completely off guard "you do?"

Chidori nodded happily before saying "It was you. The person at the end of the tunnel, it was you"

"You remember!" Junpei yelled triumphantly, his voice full of joy as he pulled Chidori into a hug. It was the first time they had ever actually hugged and it was shrouded in an air of pure elation. "I can't believe it, you really remember everything" Junpei whispered wiping a tear out of the corner of his eye.

"I love you Junpei" Chidori smiled taking his hand in hers.

"I love you too Chidori" Junpei laughed giving her hand a light squeeze as they walked away from the bench where it all started, hand in hand, together again.
