Yes or No

After the taping of Smackdown, Daniel and Kane were still not on good terms like they used to be. Daniel missed how Kane and he were close buddies. Now the two were distant no bodies. He wanted to find out why Kane was all mad. He tried going to the locker room to talk to him, not there. He must be getting on his bus.

Heading out to the bus lot, Daniel tried looking for Kane, even asking John Cena and the members of the Shield if they seen him walking through. Nothing. "Kane, where are you?" He muttered to himself. He continued looking for the corporate trader.

Hours passed as Daniel was searching for Kane. Nowhere to be found. "Must be in a meeting," he muttered again. Director of operations seems to always have one of those after a show. So Daniel seated himself outside of what he hoped would be the right door.

Just then, the door knob turned and it was none other than Kane on the other side. "Get in here bitch!" He muttered.

Of course that reaction had Daniel all wide eyed as he stood up and began to walk into the room. It sure wasn't an office. It was dark, and quiet. The door shut behind him as Daniel stepped inside. The slam made his heart jump a bit. "Why Kane?" Daniel asked.

"Don't talk! Until I say so," Kane yelled, then spoke softly. He wanted to try and coo Daniel, but that might take forever. "Listen, I know I was being bitchy,"

Kane of course was cut off, when he was not allowed. "Kane, I miss the old us, what the hell happened to that?" His eyes looked up into the monsters eyes. Daniel could feel a bit of haste between the two, and he wanted it erased. "I want my old friend back, what do I have to do to get it?"

Getting no answer, Kane looked down, not even sure of what to say. He did miss having the Yes man at his side, but it seemed to not stick right now. "I…I don't know Daniel."

A sigh escaped Daniel's lips as he looked at Kane. "All I want to know is the truth Kane. Why can't you give me the truth? I miss us being together, working together. Why did you have to get this corporate shit and use it like it rules your world? It seems like you prefer this over your best friend."

Of course Kane still didn't know what to say. Did Daniel really miss the one he was? The mask wearing demon from hell? There was only one way to find out. Soon, Kane had Bryan pushed back against the wall, kissing his lips deeply. He didn't feel any interruption from the younger man, feeling more of wanting more.

There was no way Kane was going to pull away now, his arms wrapped around Bryan and scooped him up. He laid the man on the table that was in the room, pushing whatever was on it off. His big hands ran down the smaller body that lay on the table.

Pulling away for a breath of air, Kane looked at the red head, "Then show me you want me back." Kane waited to see what the younger man was going to do.

Of course this is what he wanted, he had Kane right where he wanted him. His arm, reaching up to grab the suit and pulled Kane down into another deep kiss. "Kane," he muttered, "I still love you. Do you still love me?"

Hearing what he asked, Kane had a decision, yes or no. Why was this so hard to choose. Yes he wanted Bryan back, but no, not if the CEO hated the two working together. "Get back at me later."

When Kane said that, Bryan felt so heart broken, he didn't know what to say. "All you had to say was yes, or no. You say to come back later? I will make no plans on coming back later." He got up off the table, heading out the door.

Just before Bryan got to the door, Kane pressed his hand against it so Bryan couldn't open it. "Yes."
