I really need to know where people want me to go with this story, because I don't really know where I want it to go myself. I know parts of this story would definitely not happen, but bear with me because this is a first draft. I own nothing.

- August 17, Dungeons

Severus Snape was having a bad day. A very bad day. He was woken at 3:00 a.m. by a cat scratching at his face, so he had to get up and fix it with a potion. Then he was unable to get back to sleep because it was too bright out. When he tried to make some extra SkeleGrow for the Infirmary to pass time it blew up in his face and ruined his robes. After changing, he tried to work on his lesson plans for the next year. Already done. Then he just decided to go to the Great Hall for breakfast because Albus always had the staff attend meals together during the summer. Bah, humbug. If only he knew how bad it was going to get.

- August 17, Headmaster's Office

If you looked into the Headmaster's Office in Hogwarts, you would see shelves of interesting knick-knacks, bookshelves full of books, a brown sturdy desk with many papers and a bowl of lemon drops on it, and behind it, a comfy chair, and in it, a old wizard with a long white beard, sparkling blue eyes, and crazy looking robes that made you dizzy. Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts, Chief Wizard of the Wizengamot, and Order of Merlin 2nd class was humming a jaunty tune and looking at a calendar. As he crossed through a box with a red quill he softly whispered "Only one more day," referring to a box that was glowing blue. It was what he had waited several months for. The Preformance. He got up and headed in the direction of the Great Hall. He had news to share.

I got bored, so I finished this (incredibly short) chapter early because tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Thanks for reading!
