Oh god help me please

I need to find a story. The group is in high school and Bella gets diabetes. More inside. PLEASE HALP!

I know, I know. I hate these, too! But I cannot, for the life of me, remember what this story is called. I can hardly remember what it was about.

So, Bella and Edward are in high school and it starts off as a basic fall-in-love-during-high-school story. Then Bella develops juvenile diabetes. It has canon pairings. And for some reason I think a lot of it takes place at the Cullen home.

Oh god. That's it. That's all I can remember. I am a horrible person.

Please help me end this nagging in my brain.
