Once upon a time there was a kingdom named Daibazaal, which was the home of the Galras. It was a technologically very advanced land and filled with magic as well. It was ruled by Queen Krolia and King Heath who was a human. Heath was kind and treated his people like they were his family. His wife Krolia, who was Galran, was just like her husband. She was a warrior who righted all wrongs in the kingdom.
One winter she became pregnant. When she went outside for a walk, she saw a rosebush in bloom, despite the cold. She wanted to pick a rose, but she pricked her finger, and a single drop of blood fell to the ground. When she saw the drop in the snow, she wished for her child to have lips as red as blood, skin as pale as snow and hair as black as ebony. A few months later, a boy was born, who was named Keith. The queen's wish came true, for his lips were as red as blood, his skin pale as snow and his hair black as ebony. The only thing he inherited from his mother were his purple eyes. They looked like two shining orbs of amethyst. Unfortunately, a few weeks later the king became very ill, and not even the most advanced medicine, technology or magic could save him. Left on her own, she raised Keith with much love and trained him so that he could grow in a warrior like her. But she realised that she couldn't teach him everything, so she searched for a new king. This new king was the most dashing man in the land. He was intelligent, strong. To clarify that man is me. And this my story, Not Keith's. Bewitched by my beauty, the queen begged me to marry her. I was everything to her. The stars, the moon.
One day dark magic invaded the land and the Queen went to fight it. Before she left, she gave Keith her dagger and bid him farewell. She rode off into the dark woods and sadly never returned. Akira, a young man by then, went to look for his father, and when he realised his mother was truly gone, he was devastated. Keith was now left under the care of the handsome king.
