A/N: I finally finished the story behind the first rule and will hopefully have the story about the second rule out later this next week.
A/N2: I got a few segestions as to which ones to do but i've decided as a way of keeping organized i will go in order, and dont worry eventualy i will get to all of them! :D

The Reasons Why the Rules Where created
1. I am not allowed to use the TARDIS emergency break, unless there is an actual emergency.
Taven looked at the Master. "Are you sure about this?"
"If I wasn't would I have you do it?" He replied smirking at her.
"If I get in trouble I'm pinning it on you."
"Go ahead, but you where the one hungry." He reminded her as she got up and walked over to the TARDIS console.
Taven bit her lip, and put her goggles on top of her head before grabbing a hold of the TARDIS emergency break and pulling it. A loud grinding of gears could be heard as the ship materialized, on what Taven hoped was 21st century Earth.
"Why have we landed?" The Doctor yelled running into the TARDIS console room.
"I pulled the emergency break." Taven replied looking at the Doctor who had started running around the console trying to see if anything was damaged.
"Why?" He asked half yelling, and half squeaking.
"I wanted Cheesecake." Taven replied as the Master stood up and walked over to her.
The Doctor looked annoyed and for a second Taven thought she might have pushed him into his next regeneration. But instead he took out a piece of paper and wrote something down.
"New rule," he said, "I am not allowed to us the TARDIS emergency break, unless there is an actual emergency." The Doctor put the piece of paper up on one of the walls, and turned to face Taven and the Master. Only to see, that the two had walked out of the TARDIS in search of food. "Joy." He muttered under his breath before fallowing them.
