Hey again,
I'm a bad person, seriously, i felt the need to write a fic killing someone for some reason...
this was Inspired by the line Ziva said at the start of Hiatus part 1 "Tony, your dyeing words will be: I think i've seen this film"
yep, so this story i hate but oh well :) this is for my friend Hilary, who was so pissed when i told her about this story :)

BANG
Tony heard the gun shot, everything went in slow motion as he hit the ground.
"TONY!" he heard Ziva scream, then another gunshot.
"Tony, are you ok?" Ziva asked as she knealed next to him on the grass, putting pressure on his wound, he flintched at the pain.
"I-don't think-I'm gonna-make it this-t-time" Tony coughed out, blood trickling out of the side of his mouth.
"Don't say that Tony" Ziva whispered as tears formed in her eyes.
"Sorry, Zee-Vah" Tony said weakly.
A Lloan tear ran down Ziva's cheek. Tony reached up and wiped it away.
"Ziva, I Lo-" Tony's breathing became shallow "Love-you"
"I love you too Tony" Ziva replied, she leaned down and kissed him. When she pulled away tony was smiling.
He began coughing again, Ziva knew he was about to die. She held his hand with her free hand and intwined their fingers.
"With his last breath Tony said "I th-think I've seen-This film"
Ziva laughed through her tears. When his hand went limp in hers, she held her star of David and cried.
