How long had it been now?…

Days, weeks, months… It didn't matter. Id had been too long. Too long from that when Marik ran away.

She would have loved to stay optimistic and say that her little brother was coming back, but she just couldn't.

Isis sighed heavily. She had failed, she couldn't kept their family together.

The woman sat down to ground and pulled her legs close to her placing her arms around them. She hid her face there and cried.

Isis felt miserable. And there was nothing that could make it better.

It was beautiful evening, it wasn't as hot as it had been at the midday. Sun was going down and the last rays reached her hair making it shine beautifully.

And she sat there leaning to a wall and cried.

*

"Isis?" a voice suddenly asked.

Woman jumped a little and looked up. It was just Rishid.

Rishid was there just looking at her for a moment. He had came there 'cause he heard sounds and hoped that it was Marik. Now when he saw Isis there sitting on the ground he almost felt that it was improper for him to be there.

The way the woman looked at him forcing her face to be calm but how there still was remains of a tears in her eyes… …made Rishid just realize how much loosing Marik must have hurt Isis too.

"Isis, is everything all right?" Rishid asked trying to be as polite as possible.

"Everything is fine" Isis said and tried to smile a bit but she couldn't, she quickly covered her face with her hands and started to cry silently.

Rishid felt like panicking for a moment but then he sat down next to Isis and placed his arm on her shoulders.

"It's okay…" he said trying to sound comforting.

"It's not…" she replied quietly. Then she looked to Rishid and wiped some tears of her eyes.

"It's all my fault… It's my fault that he left. It has to be. …Right?" Isis said looking him desperate.

Rishid didn't know what to say. They both knew it wasn't Isis fault. It was no ones fault, and if it was some one's fault then his. Wasn't it his job to keep Marik safe?…

But even thought he knew this he couldn't figure out anything to say that would help her.

Without knowing what else to do Rishid placed his arms carefully around Isis and hugged her.

Isis got surprised. She blinked her eyes confused. She wasn't sure what she should do.

But Rishid felt so warm. Isis closed her eyes and hugged him.

It had been too long since she had felt this safe.

"Are you okay now?" Rishid whispered to her ear.

"Getting better…" she said softly. Isis moved her head so she could see Rishid's face, then she slowly moved closer until their lips touched.

It was a quick and a very unsure kiss, and it made them blush a little. Especially Isis who wasn't sure why did she do it.

But Rishid smiled leaned towards Isis and they kissed again.

Then they just staid there. Quietly, Isis wasn't crying anymore, and for a moment they both forgot how sad they were. Rishid pulled Isis to a tight embrace and stroked her hair gently, Isis smiled.

"No matter how bad things would get…" Rishid said softly to Isis "…you will always have me when you need someone."

The end. I hope it wasn't too cliché for you 'cause I really loved writing it. I think their so cute.

I really like the ending but I wasn't sure should I have continued it somehow.

Anyhow, hope you like it and please review!
