Stranger
Summary: Roger remembers the first time his eyes laid on Doug Funnie.
Staring at his sleeping lover with a small smile Roger still can't believe Doug chosen to be with him. Sure at first he use to bully the smaller man but that was when they're kids. A small smile touches his lips as Roger runs a hand through his red hair gazing at Doug's face allowing the memories of the first time he seen Doug and his feelings at the encounter.
-*Flashback and Roger's pov*-
I kick the ground knowing a scowl is on my face. Angry at the fact my life seems to be unfair and having dad gone is painful. Clenching my fist I mentally count to ten not wanting to lose my temper and have my mother to be angry with me.
"Come on Porkchop," A young voice calls out catching my attention.
I glance up to see about a few years younger then me call to his dog. The way his eyes seem bright warms me up for some strange reason. Who is this stranger? I begin to wonder as heat creeps in my cheeks as I watch that smile brighten the boy's face.
Before I could go over I spot someone call him who I assume is his mother, "Doug come on inside."
"Yes mom!" He calls as part of me wish to move closer but I couldn't bring myself to move.
At least I have a name for the cute face of that boy. I smirk figuring I can approach him tomorrow. Why is my heart racing? Should I ask mother? No she would want to know so it must be nothing. Cute or not I'll see how he goes even if he does look like a weakling.
-*end of Roger's Pov and Flashback*-
Roger is shaken out of his thoughts by his boyfriend's words, "Roger is something bothering you?"
The man looks down at Doug giving a warm smile which the other usually sees in privacy. He answers softly brushing his lips against Doug's forehead, "Nothing is wrong. I'm just remember the first time I seen this cute stranger named Doug Funnie."
Doug blush darkly at the words snuggling closer. He murmurs, "Well you had my attention that day as well even if I notice Patti I know realizee its puppy love. For you you have my heart and soul."
"As you do for mine," Roger replies seriously then smirks. "You know Funnie I think we should get married."
"What?"
"Yes I'm serious," Roger said thinking it over and smirks even more wider dropping his voice to a husky tone. "We can have your dog be our ring bearer."
Doug giggles answering Roger and kiss his cheek, "I would like that if we did get married."
"Love you Funnie," the older man replies running a hand through the smaller man's hair.
"Love you too, Roger," Doug responds closing his eyes in bliss feeling both their hearts beating in the same tempo.
