War, despite what you believe, is not a matter of 'good' and 'evil', nor is it of 'love' and 'hate'. War is between weak and strong- you and I. There would be no such thing as 'good' and 'evil' if there was no such thing as opinion. Alas, this is not a war of opinion, and 'good' will not always win. This is a war of fact- The best will always win; The strongest.
You are a fool to rush at me with all your force, relying on merely the strength of your love. Love does not conquer all, and it never will. It conquers a person's mind, body, and soul- but only the mind, body, and soul of those who fall victim to it's spell.
An illusion.
Simply an illusion, nothing more, is love.
Love makes you weak. It makes you feel obligated to do anything for your object of affection, no matter how painful -to yourself or another- the sacrifice.
Trust is amongst the false value of love. Trust no one, not even yourself. Eventually, something will happen, playing with your trust, and your emotions will, in turn, play against one another. You will be sure of nothing. Here as well, the strongest will win, then you will lose complete control over yourself, and the most powerful -the strongest- emotion will gain that control- spite.
Wrath.
Amidst the chaotic, violent mess that is your life, you will do something so crude that surely you will lose -at the least- a subject of importantce, whether it be another human being or a material possesion. If your actions are harsh enough, nearly all sense of true positivity will fade from your mind. 'Happy' to you will be defeating somebody whom you do not take kindly to, or vice versa. And as suddenly as that 'Happy' feeling washes over you, it will vanish, and before long you will yearn for a new source to break down. This simple need for happiness will soon develop into a need for something more- a need for power.
Enough will never truly be enough.
You will not care how many people you hurt, or how much destruction you cause, as long as you are better than everybody that you have not gotten to yet. By now, you will be so far in that even considering to go back is not an option. Wars will constantly reign around you- and you will just stand amongst them, enjoying the sensation of power creeping into your veigns.
And then, one day, a young fool will arrive and challenge you; Threaten your advances. He will be strong- possibly strong enough to beat you- and he will be 'the good guy' in commoners' opinions. He will be under the influence of 'love', as you are now, and you will suddenly remember this moment.
You are a fool.
I am far more powerful than anybody on this earth, and yet, here you are, confident that you can win- that you can destroy me. Well, soon enough you will understand my early words- War, despite what you believe, is not a matter of 'good' and 'evil', nor is it of 'love' and 'hate'. War is between weak and strong.
War is between you and I.
Alas, let us finally settle the rising question:
Which of us is stronger?

Please leave your opinion! I quite like this...erm...insight thingy. Do you know what a pain in the ass it was for me to NOT use contractions or put any humor in it? Well...if you've read any of my other storie's you'd understand my pain. If you haven't...check them out! ;)
If I get motivated enough I may write a sequal from a hero's point of view...If I feel like it. I put this in the 'anime crossovers' section because this could easily be an insight from almost any villain's point of view, right? Although when I first wrote it, I had Nakago from Fushigi Yuugi in mind, but then I was all...Hey! This could be anybody! So...here it is, in the anime crossovers section. Yup.
