She always knew it. It's not like he didn't bring attention to them. It just so happened on this day, she was feeling … silly? Eames … silly? He, NEVER feels silly … not even when he's had too much to drink … which … on this day … he's had. That could be what contributed to Eames silliness … she's also had a bit too much of the giggle juice.
"Jesus Christ, Goren … your feet are HUGE!" Alex's eyes grow double in size.
He sips his beer … "Ah huh."
"Is that all you have to say?"
"What do you want me to say, Eames? Sorry I have huge feet?"
"No … I was hoping for the size thirteen theory."
"Sorry … what theory?"
"Oh please … THE THEORY!"
"You can yell all you want, Alex … I don't know what you're talking about."
"Bobby, give me a frigin break … The Theory."
"Yeah … so you've said. You seem to know what it is … do you want to explain it to me?"
"FINE! You have a size thirteen foot so you have a size thirteen penis to match!"
