I'm looking for a fanfiction that was written a long time ago. It was about Nate and Serena going through Elena's disease. Chuck and Blair were a part of the story too and they travelled accross differents countries in order to find a treatment. It was a really sad story as Serena died in the end.
Does it remind someone of something ? I've been looking for it for a while now...
