A tall brunette girl walked to Platform 9 3/4, a train station that lead to the local Wizardry school, Hogwarts. It was going to be her first year there, since she was a transfer from America.

So many faces, but not a single one I know, she thought. The young seventeen year old woman sat down her two suitcases, and loud silver owl on the ground. She then sat down on her stuff, and pulled out a book.

When she looked up she saw a strong-looking blonde guy standing around a bunch of friends talking in a loud voice about Quidditch. He looked up for a moment, and his eyes caught hers. The girl noticed how beautiful his gray eyes were even when they looked colder than ice. She felt herself blush, and pretended to read the book intently for a moment. When she looked back up, he had returned to talking to his friends, so she really did go back to reading.

A voice broke through her thoughts. She looked up to see the blonde right in front of her.

"Who are you?!?" He asked sharply.

"I-I'm Lunette. How…nice to meet you, Mr.…um, I'm sorry…I don't seem to know your name." She faltered.

"Malfoy's the name, but I wish for you to call me Draco. Very few can call me that, so you should feel very pleased." He replied pompously.

His personality isn't as attractive as his looks, she also noted to herself.

"Um…thank you…Draco."

"Yep. So…are you new here?" He presses.

"Yes."

"Have any friends?"

"Um, not really…"

Draco smiled. "Let me tell you who you shouldn't hang around."

Lunette smiled back, and replied, "That sounds like a good start."

He points to a bunch of tall red-heads, a bushy-haired girl, and a guy with black hair.

"Those are in order, Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Harry Potter. The Weasels only cause trouble except for the youngest. She's a fighter, but the other guy is just an attention grabber. It's his life to do that, so ignore him. The last one is a mudblood. She is-"

"What did you just say?"

"Granger is a mudblood. Stay away from her."

"Why do you say that?"

"She has muggle parents. She shouldn't still be able to walk around on the same parts of Earth as us. It's unsanitary."

"Okay, I will stay away from her."

Lunette had a sick feeling to her stomach. She was a Muggle-born as well, but she wasn't quite sure how to say that in front of this person she just met. I hope they aren't all like that one, she thought.
