"Hey, Vegeta!" A cheerful voice called out as the two Saiyans approached each other.
"What do you want Kakarot?" Vegeta spat as his rival, Goku, drew near.
"I just wanted to say hi…" Goku stated as his mood dropped just a little.
"Well, right now isn't the time for it." Vegeta sounded a little disappointed as he said that, but not enough for Goku to notice.
"Well, actually that's not the ONLY thing I wanted to say."
"What else do you want?" Vegeta's hopes were rising. Maybe he'll actually say it. That he loves me.
"Vegeta, I… I… I'm not sure how to say this…"
"Just say it Kakarot!"
"Well, Vegeta… I… Love you…" and with that Goku stared at the ground, feeling embarrassed.
"Kakarot…" Vegeta was overjoyed. He'd always wanted to hear those words come from Goku's mouth ever since they'd fought against Freeza. "You have no idea how long I've been waiting for you to say that…"
"Really?" Goku looked back up. He'd thought that Vegeta hated him and was happy married to Bulma.
"Yes. You're my true love, not Bulma."
"But, we both have children. That's one reason I was scared to tell you…"
"The kids'll live. Our love won't kill them."
"But ain't it bad? For two men to be in love?"
"So what if it's bad? As long as we love each other it shouldn't matter."
Vegeta brought Goku's face closer to his own. And whispered, "You complete me Kakarot."
Goku pressed his lips onto Vegeta's and the two Saiyans kissed.
