I wake up to the scent of vanilla and the feel of a soft warm body. While chocolate locks sprayed all over my pale chest. My wives soft breaths warm my soul. I turn to the right to spot my four year old son with is bushy platinum hair, while his little thumb in his mouth. He rolled over then his soft toffee fluttered open.
"Mornin' daddy," Scorp yawned.
"Morning Scorp," I smiled.
He began rubbing 'the icky' from his toffee eyes.
"Daddy what we do today?" he wondered.
"Well, we can wake mummy or make breakfast," I offered.
I noticed a little smile appear on my loves lips.
"Wake mummy!" Scorp cheered.
"Alright little man," I laughed.
Scorp jumps onto her face then began playing in her hair.
"Mummy! Mummy wake up!"
"Not yet," she mumbled playfully.
"Come on mummy!" Scorp pleaded.
"Alright," Hermione said in defeat," Come here baby."
Hermione lifted Scorp in the air causing him to smile and giggle.
Hermione leaned over to her nightstand and pulled out Scorps favorite book for his morning reading Hogwarts: A History. She sat up and placed him in between her legs and began reading. On some pages we'll switch turns with the reading.
"Mummy? Daddy?"
"Yes Scorp?" I questioned gentally.
"Can we go to the big place with lot of books?" Scorp asked.
I turned to Hermione and smiled. Every since we took him to the library at the manor he's been hooked.
"Yeah sure why not?" I cooed.
"Yes!" Hermione and Scorp cheered.
I lean over to her and whisper "I swear sometimes I forget he's bookworm like you," I teased.
"You marry one, you breed one," she laughed.
Soon after we went back to our morning reading. This a normal morning in the Malfoy home. I can't wait for more of them.
