CHAPTER 1
What happened first was the crash.
I was cruising silently in my voot cruiser, I decided to take the scenic route on my
way to Foodcourtia for some snacks. I was right over the unknown planet they
sent my brother, Zim, to, and I wondered what the place was really like. If it was a
wasteland of stupid tall beings like he said, or if he was making it up to seem
braver. Since I hadn't seen him in about 50 years, I decided to drop in. I didn't,
however, know it would be the most life changing landing I would ever attempt.
Crash landing, that is.
I was descending peacefully and safely until a tiny striped black and yellow
insect smashed into my ship's motor, and sent me spiraling down towards the
Earth below me. The first thing I saw after I woke up was an oddly pale human
with a gargantuan head . I wondered if they all looked like that. I was laying on a
small cot in a room with posters that said things like "Big feets is real!" and
"they're really out there!" I was still a bit dazed from my crash, and I wasn't sure
what was happening exactly at the time, or who I was staring up at, and why he
looked so excited. And soon enough, it was revealed. He spoke.
"Oh! You're awake! Finally!"
I tried to find something to say to keep my cover, so I said " Yes… IM HUMAN, YOU KNOW!"
He scowled in disgust. " I know what you are, and It sure as chicken foot isn't human. You're irken! Just like Zim! And you're here to help him destroy us! But I wont let you, scum of the universe! Never! I will defend and protect and…"
He rambled like that for about 15 more minutes, and he apparently didn't notice that I took a bit of a nap in the middle of his speech, but awoke for the end.
He looked at me questioningly. "Well? Out with it! Why are you here?"
I simply smiled and said " To visit my brother. My name's Pib, what's yours?"
The boy looked suspicious for a moment, then cautiously said " Membrane. Dib Membrane."
