A/N: Re-done and edited from a completely different, but overall the same story and characters, beginning.
"Supervisor…Supervisor!" The blonde scientist sighed as he tried to awaken the supervisor so he could tell the five exorcists about the new mission he was sending them all on.
"Reever, maybe I should wake big brother Komui?" A cute girl with long black hair that was separated into pigtails and warm, glowing purple eyes stepped forward to take over Reever's job.
"It's alright Lenalee," The blonde smiled reassuring over at the girl before looking back down at his boss tiredly, shaking his head as he bent down to whisper in the sleeping man's ear, "Supervisor…Lenalee's running away to get married…."
The desired effect happened almost instantaneously. The sleeping man jumped up, his French style hat crooked as ever on his head as big crocodile tears fell down his cheeks while he yelled out "NOOO! Lenalee how can you do this to your adoring big brother! Lenalee!"
"Big Brother…" Lenalee sighed, shaking her head at her obnoxious brother. She loved him dearly, but she worried about his sanity sometimes. The four other exorcists could do nothing but stare at Komui in exasperation, even the normally stoically, angry Kanda.
"Ah Lenalee, I knew you wouldn't do that to you dear older brother!" Komui cried, jumping across the desk and clinging to the younger girl, "Don't ever leave me!"
"Komui" The four others sighed while Lenalee spoke,
"Brother, the mission please?" Komui was back behind his desk, like the last few moments never happened within the blink of an eye, his face becoming a serious mask.
"Yes the mission is for all five of you," He held out five folders that contained all the details he wouldn't give them due to time restraints. "Kanda, Lavi, Bookman, Allen, and Lenalee, you five are to travel to a small island located off the coast of Denmark where we believe a large number of akuma are disappearing."
"Isn't that a good thing?" A young boy, despite what his white hair made others believe, named Allen asked, a confused look in his eyes. He had only just joined the Black order a few weeks ago.
"Stupid bean-sprout" The silent Kanda muttered a glare on his face as he faced the opposite wall, irritated to be going on a mission with all the annoyances of his life.
"So a new accommodator has appeared?" Bookman asked, his face a blank mask as none of this really affected him or his apprentice; they were here to observe only and help when needed but never to get in the way history was meant to be.
"Yes" Komui answered, his serious face never breaking. This was going to be a dangerous mission for several reasons. "I'm sending you all for a reason," He began, seeing the question in his sister's and Allen's eyes and even the curiosity in the other's faces as well. "There have been hints Earl and Noah know that an innocent fragment exist there."
"The Noah?" Lenalee gasped, remembering the little girl her and Allen had gone up against, and lost to, only two weeks ago.
"Yes, that's why you all are needed. We know that there may be more than the one you've already faced, and I don't want to risk anyone. Your train leaves in an hour to a boat that will take you will need to go." He looked all of them in the eye, worry creeping behind his when he looked gazes with his sister. "Good luck."
A/N:
So…I think this is a way better start than what I originally had. I promise that I will try, TRY, to have a new chapter out every other week.
