I am justice,
I am the new god of this world,
I am Kira.

You were just a measly fly,
A bug in the corner of my windshield,
The love of my life.

It had to be done,
The killings of these criminals,
The death of you and those who got in my way.
It was a step to making this world a bit better.
*
I had thought that when you were killed,
Lying in my arms as you took your last breaths,
Was for the better.
But I found myself seeing you days later.
I thought I had gotten rid of you,
But you're still here,
Ruling my heart.
