In the barren wastelands, the grey clouds clouded the sky and some spec of light was shone shining through it shining on the grey mountain background. Each mountain was as high as any state building.
A lonely figure walks through the mountain side. The light was shown on him. He is from the realm of Smash. He has dirty blonde hair and elf pointy ears. He wore a dark green tunic which goes just above his knees and has a belt around his waist and straps around his body, a white shirt underneath, which also has a chain mail. He has brown gloves and boots. On his back was a blue handle broadsword in it's holder and a shield with a red bird and red triangles on it.
His name is Link.
He slowly opened his eyes to reveal a blue icy pupils in his eyes. He walked across the wasteland to find something on the ground. An broken smash ball. He bent down and picked it up and looked sadly at it.
His sad face turned to frown when he heard a voice from the mountain side. He stood up and turned to face it. A huge light was seen breaking through the sky and landing on top of it.
Thinking it might be one of the villains, Link pulled out his Master Sword and Hylian Shield and gets ready to fight.
But a man stood from the light and onto the edge. He has blonde spiky hair, and holds a giant massive sword called the First Tsurugi. He wore a black sleeveless turtleneck that is zipped down the front, a sash protecting his left leg, black boots and a new pauldron with a Fenrir motif in front and has a huge black sleeve over his left arm.
His name is Cloud Strife.
Cloud opened his ice blue eyes and stared at Link. Who knows what would happen next?
