Hey guys! So I finally got time to work on my stories and I came up with idea to make this one. I hope you like. :)
Poseidon POV
"I don't approve." Athena says to the young couple in front of her.
"Why not" I say, "they're apparently in love."
"Because I don't my daughter having any thing to do with you or and of your spawns." I turn and face her, my anger slowly building.
"Well I don't want any of your stuck-up brats having any kind of relations with my children!"
"Being stuck-up and have intellect are two different things. Anyone that has intellect would know, so don't get them confused." She spat, her voice starting to rise.
"I'm not getting them confused, Athena." I said her name, my voice dripping with venom as I continued, "I'm just saying that your children think they're so smart, but in reality they're just stuck-up brats . ."I smirked, but regret it as soon as an owl flies through the window. How in tartarus did that get open. I guess I pondered the the thought to long cause the owl started pecking my head trying to get to my brain. Athena's laughter filled the cabin.
'She's going to pay for that' thought to myself as I tried swatting the owl away. I try conjuring water to blast her, good thing I had the water fountain installed to my cabin. The chilling, cold as ice, water soaked her to the bone.
"YOU...YOU KELP HEAD!
"OWL FACE!"
"MOM!"
"DAD!"
"STOP IT!"
"I was done here anyway." Athena says and starts to leave, but turns to Annabeth and says,"He's not worth." and to Percy,"Stay away from my daughter or else.." The threat would have been better if I wasn't there.
"Touch my son and I will make you regret it." Now that was a threat, it hung in the air, even giving me chills, but it didn't seem to phase Athena. She rolled her eyes and left. Sighed frustrated and turn to face Percy and Annabeth.
"I'm sorry for the outburst, but Athena can be so damn frustrating at times. No matter, what she says I approve."
"Thanks dad"
"Thank you, Lord Poseidon." We share a quick a hug and I depart heading to Athena's palace to figure out what the hell is her problem.
Percy POV
"Why do our parents hate each other so much?" I ask Annabeth. She doesn't answer for a few moments, but when she does I wish I never asked the stupid question.
"I think it's us. Ever sense we started dating they've been arguing and fighting more."
"So what does that mean for us." My heart was on the verge of shattering.
"It means we have to..." she whispers the plan in ear.
3rd Person POV
~ Aphrodite's Palace~
Aphrodite sits on her throne watching a glowing pink hovering just above her palms. "What do we have here? A new couple maybe?" she smiles to her self while watching the Poseidon leave Camp Half-Blood.
"EROS!" she yelled. A breeze past her and a deep voice that didn't sound childlike in anyway.
"Yes mother."
"I have a mission for you."
"Who are the targets?"
"Poseidon...and Athena." she smiled to herself as the breeze blew past her again and Mission Pothena was set into motion.
So what do think? Was it it good or does it need some more work. Tell me about it by leaving a review. Thanks.
Perfectly Geeky out!
