Viktor liked the outdoors. Hermione, not so much. But she liked spending time with Viktor, and had agreed to go camping with him.

She did have to agree that wizarding tents were much more comfortable than muggle ones. Instead of sleeping on the floor, they each had a cot that was as comfortable as a real bed. And the stove where she could make a proper pot of tea was a plus.

What she couldn't do anything about was the weather. It was gloomy, wet, and rainy. She wasn't particularly fond of camping at the best of times, and that was certainly not right then.

"Any luck?" she asked Viktor

"It looks like it vill rain all veekend," he said. Even he was a little dejected at the weather.

Viktor had been trying to start a fire outside. He had set up a small space where he could shield off most of the rain with magic. But it was pouring and the wood was so wet that he hadn't had any luck.

"Well, I still have marshmallows and there is a stove. We can just make s'mores inside," Hermione reasoned.

It was a sticky mess, but neither of them minded. And while camping wasn't the best way to spend a rainy weekend, both of them agreed that s'mores made over a stove certainly were.
