A little gift for the subscribers

They knew it was time when their YouTuber friends started to ask them when they were going to go public with their relationship. Connor Franta and Corey had been the two most consistent in begging them to come out. They had insisted it would be better once everyone knew but they were both still cautious.

However, it was now December 6th and nearing Christmas and the two YouTubers had finally decided to share their relationship with the world.

"Is is in focus?" Troye asked as Tyler came to sit beside him. Tyler immediately grabbed his hand, which was out of frame, and gave it a small squeeze for reassurance.

"Yes and the audio is working perfectly" Tyler replied and nudged Troye's shoulder before turning to talk to the camera.

"Let's do this then" Troye said as he kissed Tyler on the cheek and began the video. They had already agreed that the video would be uploaded to Tyler's channel because he had more subscribers.

"Well hello everyone my name is Tyler and you all obviously know who this guy is" Tyler started cheerfully.

"Hi guys I'm Troye"

"Well today we have an announcement to make. We know how much you guys have been suspicious and we have finally decided to do this and be honest with you guys"

"We have both been cautious about this for a while because we have no idea how some people would react but after the constant reassurance from our friends and family we simply don't want to hide it anymore" at that moment Troye lifted his and Tyler's hand to show the camera. "Tyler and I have been together for 13 months now."

"We know that we've kept it a secret for so long but we just wanted to be sure that this could work. At first my mum was a little wary of the age difference but she soon realised how much I truly do love Troye and she finally gave us her blessing." Tyler said and smiled at Troye as he finished.

"My dad was so excited right for the beginning and it's been hell trying to make him keep the secret but we are so thankful that he did. The rest of my family were not surprised at all but we are glad they respected our wishes and kept it a secret."

"Well anyway we just hope that you are happy for us and if not I'm not sorry because I love Troye and I'm not going to stop just because you don't want us to be together." Tyler said and kisses Troye to prove his love.

"I love you too Tilly" Troye whispered as they pulled away.

"We'll see you next week for a normal collab video" Tyler said and turned off the camera. When he turned back to his boyfriend the younger man was smiling at him lovingly. "I'm so proud of you baby" Tyler said as he pulled Troye into a hug.

"I'm just glad we don't have to lie anymore. All we have to do now is edit this thing and finally show the world that they were right all along." Troye replied whilst Tyler nustled his head into Troye's neck.

"Come on we can edit and upload the video tomorrow. Let's take a nap" Tyler pulled the taller man towards their bedroom and pressed play on his stereo. It started playing the last album he had been listening to which was PTXmas by Pentatonix. The Christmas Song (Chestnuts roasting on an open fire) came on first so Tyler pulled Troye over to their bed.

Tyler wrapped himself around Troye's body before finding a comfortable position to snuggle into. As the song continued the two started to feel tired and soon fell into a deep sleep.

After all the time they spent worrying they couldn't wait to share their relationship with their subscribers because they knew that no matter what their subscribers would always love and support them.
