Turtle Duck Date Night

this One Shot Short Story is really tale Korra telling to her young daughter Kateri about her and Asami First Date back in Republic city. it starts of like how thoes old Care Bear Movies stor of start. where they end up being the story then end up finding out it was being told. well this one just like that enjoy.

Turtle Duck Date Night.

It was quite and warm in Republic city Korra and Asami where out on a beautiful date on the town, Korra was holding Asami hand tightly as they ended up walking in to the park. "this looks so beautiful the light don't you think Korra" asked Asami Korra looked up and round herself looking at the light coming from the city as she then replied "yea they do hey do you want to look at the lake." Asami Smiled, "yea there nice" Korra and Asami walked through the park till they reached lake. The approach a bridge that goes over little river from the lake as the turned and look over seeing harmony tower. Asami looked in to lake seeing couple riding in a Turtle duck boat, "hey Korra we should end are evening on one them don't you think." Asked Asami while point to the couple riding the turtle duck boat, Korra smiled and nodded. "yea that be nice want it."

They walked to the opposite side of the bridge as they saw the stand that was for renting the boats. Korra walked to the stand as she then hand over 5 yuans to man as she then go back and walk with her to the boat. Korra helped Asami in as Korra then get in on the other side and water bend the boat back and bend to move it round the lake. Asami smiled as she laid her head on to Korra chest as closed her eyes snuggling up to her. Korra kept a tight hold on her while she water bent the water to move boat then stops and closes her eyes and lets the turtle duck boat drift in the water. Korra opened her eyes looking around and notice how dark and late it was. She shuck Asami awake and water bent back to shore. "Man we dosed off there look how dark it became." Said Korra Asami smiled and looked round as she then got up and out of the boat, Korra followed her. "better head back don't you think" asked Asami. Korra looked at her and smiled as they started to walk home.

Back in home over air Temple Island a little Girl siting on Floor looking up to her parents smiling at them. "so that was your first Date with each other mom and mommy Asami" the little girl asked. An older Korra nodded and smiled as stood up and picked little girl up. "yes it was Kateri but was more are first date back in republic city and before you were born." Korra Replied as her and Kateri walking upstairs and went to be.
