Smacking it a few times, he eventually relented and decided on taking a cold shower to cool off. After hopping out of bed he shuffled to his bathroom, stripping himself of his clothes. Turning on the shower and stepping in, he smiled in triumph as the cold water ran over his body. Just outside of his home stood Ino Yamanaka, tasked with inviting him tot he lake that all of his classmates were currently headed to. Stepping up to his door, she knocked several times. No answer.

"Naruto, It's Ino." She began, knocking a few more times. "Are you in there? Come on, It's hot out here."

Still not hearing any commotion, she made her way onto his small balcony before peering inside. She noticed that his bed was empty. His whole apartment seemed empty, actually.

"How does he live here?" She asked herself, shaking her head. "The only furniture he has is a bed and a table. That refrigerator looks like something you would find on the side of the road."
