An owl screeched as it flew towards the kitchen window of a house in Godric's Hollow. It ruffled its feathers and screeched again as it finally landed, holding the leg out with the latest issue of the Daily Prophet for the older redheaded woman known as Ginny Potter to take.

"Thank you." She murmured to the owl before it flew away with one last screech.

"What rubbish will we be reading about today?"

Turning around, Ginny smiled at her husband Harry Potter the 'chosen one' as he took a seat at the kitchen table gladly taking the plate of breakfast she handed to him.

Taking the paper, she was just about to open it when the sound of someone flooing into their fireplace hit their ears. Not a minute later did Harry's best friends Ron and Hermione Weasley enter the kitchen.

"I see you guys haven't read the paper yet.." Trailing off awkwardly, Ron cleared his throat.

"Oh Merlin, what did they write about us this time?" Groaned Harry as he reached for the paper but before he could open it, Hermione snatched it from his hand.

"It's not about you two..it's about Albus."

Ginny got a murderous glint in her eye at the mention of the Daily Prophet writing about one of her children. It was well known that the paper was just rumors most of the time, but it still made people talk and the adults in the room all knew how horrible that could be at Hogwarts where the students especially loved to twist things around.

"How bad is it?" Harry winced as the words left Ginny's mouth. He would rather they write about him and leave his kids out of it.

"It's not exactly bad." Hermione quickly said, only to have Ron scoff.

"Not bad? They have enough evidence to support what they wrote about!"

Frustrated, Grinny grabbed the paper from Hermione's hand. Harry stood up and leaned over her shoulder to look at it.

"Oh..wow." Both of their eyes were widened in shock as their eyes landed on the large picture of their 16 year old son pressed against the side of a building in Hogsmeade by the body of another boy, Albus' hands were on the other boys neck and in his hair while his hands were on Albus' waist. Their lips connected and eyes closed as they kissed not even aware of someone taking a picture of them.

Harry and Ginny's eyes finally moved from the moving picture as they finally blinked and looked at what was written.

Albus Potter is a sixth year Slytherin well known for being the second son and middle child to famous Harry Potter and wife Ginny Potter. Over the past week, one of our sources had revealed to us about a secret relationship that Albus was in. At first we doubted it as there was no proof, until our source sent us this picture.

It was then that more was revealed about this so called 'secret relationship'.

For girls at Hogwarts, it was a sad discovery that unlike his older brother James Potter, Albus wasn't interested in dating and would rather focus on his studies. Even us at the Prophet were shocked when we received more than just this picture as proof that Albus Potter is in fact, interested in boys and not the opposite gender.

When we at the Prophet asked students of Hogwarts who they thought Albus would date, they told us a name that shocked us.

Scorpius Malfoy. Son of ex-deatheater Draco Malfoy but unlike his father, Scorpius became best friends with Albus in their first year not long after they were both sorted into Slytherin house. Hogwarts students told us how close the two seemed, some excitedly told us they spotted the two holding hands sometimes in the crowded corridors on their way to classes.

They were shocked to learn it wasn't the Malfoy heir who held Albus' affections.

As the picture above proves, it is indeed Justin McLaggen who has finally caught the heart of our favorite Slytherin.

We of course, asked what Albus' best friend thought of their relationship but we at the Prophet feel we should not reveal to our dear readers what the Malfoy heir had commented. Along with Scorpius, we also asked what James and Lily Potter thought about their brothers preference and relationship but we received no comment from the siblings who stormed off in anger, could it be that they're disgusted? Last we asked Rose Weasley who is Albus' cousin and other best friend but like his siblings, we received no comment.

Look out for our next issue of the Daily Prophet for hopefully more news on Albus Potter and Justin McLaggen!

"Cormac's son?!" Harry slightly shouted, looking at his two best friends shocked.

"I didn't even know he had a kid at Hogwarts…" Ginny mumbled.

"He's a Hufflepuff in James' year." Hermione told them, rolling her eyes when Ron gave her a look. "What? Rose mentioned him before when she told me about classes! He's apparently one of the top students."

"So he didn't get Cormac's brain then, thank Merlin!"

"Don't be so rude, Ronald!"

"How did we not even know Cormac had a kid? We know of everyone else in our year." Harry asked, running a hand through his black messy hair.

"When Rose mentioned him, I was curious since like you said, we know of everyone else in our year. Apparently in third year Rose and Albus started becoming friends with him along with Scorpius of course, but he was closer to Albus and Scorpius which now of course is obvious." Harry, Ron and Ginny all rolled their eyes but she ignored them and continued. "Rose told me that he never met his dad, Cormac disappeared when Justin's mum was pregnant and it was proven that he didn't leave on his own free will. We never heard of it because it happened in the States where Justin's mum lived, and we all know the Ministry in the States likes to keep things to themselves. They moved here when Justin was asked if he wanted to come to Hogwarts."

"Does this mean we have to be nice to the kid when we meet him?.."

"Ronald!"

"Ron!"

"What? It was a serious question!"

"Onto other things..how do you two feel about Albus? I know for a fact you both thought Albus' did like girls." Hermione asked the two who kept glancing at the now folded paper on the table.

"I don't have a problem with it." Harry told her, Ginny agreeing. "I just wish he told us, but I can understand why he wouldn't want to."

"I hope this Justin treats him right." Said Ginny softly.

"Well Rose says he's nice and she's friends with him herself, and you know Rose is pretty good at judging people."

Ron scoffed. "Yet she's friends with Malfoy's spawn."

They all rolled their eyes at him, not bothering to deal with him and instead sat at the table to eat breakfast together but it was obvious to both Hermione and Ron that the other two had their thoughts elsewhere.

HPHPHPHPHPHPHPHPHPHP

Albus Potter looked over the front page of the Daily Prophet and bit his lip. It had been delivered yesterday morning at breakfast and Albus had refused to leave his room or see anyone but Scorpius since, unless they were their two other roommates who Albus obviously had to see. At least they weren't disgusted of him or hated him. Edgar Nott and Ashton Zabini were good guys no matter what anyone else thought from their last names. They had no problem accepting that Albus was gay and even told him they would beat up anyone who talked bad about him. Albus was happy he at least had them and Scorpius.

He had obviously received a bunch of letters. From people he didn't know mostly. But in the pile of letters were letters from his family. James and Lily had sent him messages through Scorpius and sent a letter themselves asking him to come out of his dorm, they told him countless times through the letter that it didn't change anything. This was also the same response he had from his many cousins, Rose had sent him the most letters demanding that he come out but they were mostly rants about how he was missing classes and how she wouldn't give him her notes or his homework. She sent it through Scorpius anyway. There was also letters from his Aunts and Uncles, and even his parents. They all supported him too.

So why was he still sitting on his bed scared to face everyone? He was lucky to have the support of his family and three of his friends!

But then his thoughts would bring him to the person he was really scared to face.

Justin.

While deep down he knew Justin would still like him and be by his side, the thought of him being angry at Albus for outing them both because of the popularity he didn't want, was still in the front of his mind.

"Will you stop staring at that stupid thing?"

Albus jumped. "Just kill me, Scorp."

His blonde best friend scoffed. "No thanks. Who will listen to me complain about Rose then?"

"You could just not complain? Everyone knows you two are meant to be with each other." Albus rolled his eyes.

"Just like you and Justin?"

Albus winced.

"Have you..talked to him?"

"Of course I have, Al! Poor bloke will sit outside the common room waiting to see if you finally come out! I offered to tell him the password so he can come in..but he refused to intrude on you like that...you both make me want to puke."

Blinking away the sudden tears, Albus played with the Slytherin tie around his neck. "Promise you won't ditch me..no matter what happens?"

Scorpius moved to sit in front of him on the bed. "Course I won't! Al, you didn't ditch me our first two years at Hogwarts when I was getting bullied by the other houses, or when your brother threatened to disown you as his brother if you continued being friends with me, or when our classmates in other houses avoided you thinking I turned you into some junior deatheater!"

"Wow..I am being silly, aren't I?"

"Finally, you understand! Don't be so sensitive Al, you're stronger than you give yourself credit for. How could you be my best mate if you weren't?"

Instead of responding, Albus leaned forward and hugged the blonde who wasted no time in returning the hug. Being guys, you would expect them to not be so touchy with each other, and at first Albus didn't understand. Then he found out he was gay. It made him question if he liked his best friend, when he told Scorpius this, his friend had told Albus that he himself was bisexual. They were each others first kiss. But they quickly realized that they didn't have those type of feelings for each other. Luckily, it didn't change their friendship.

"Go get em' tiger!" Scorpius teased as he pushed Albus off the bed and smacked his arse.

"Ow! No need to smack it so hard!"

Scorpius only shrugged. "Not my fault it's a great arse...not better than Rose's of course."

Albus only gave him a disgusted look before shutting the door on his grinning friend.

Holding his breath, he walked on the stairs and was finally in view of the common room. Conversations suddenly stopped as they noticed him.

It was only a second later that they started clapping. Blinking in surprise, Albus turn to see Edgar, Ash and Haley Parkinson walking towards him.

"Uh..why are they clapping?" Suddenly the grin on Scorpius face as he left made sense. He usually had another type of grin when he teased Albus and talked about Rose like he did.

"'Cause we all support you, why else?" Haley threw her arms around him.

He found himself once again blinking back tears.

"Thanks." He found himself finally getting out, ignoring the crack in his voice.

"Now, I know for a fact McLaggen is outside the common room at this moment!" Albus gave Haley a look. "Why are you looking at me like that? You know I only save my stalking abilities on guys who are not taken..or gay! Godiva Lanchester told me when she came in a few seconds before you came down."

"Lanchester is still snogging Albus' brother in a broom closet, she didn't even come in here!" Ash told her, raising an eyebrow at her.

Albus made a disgusted face at the image of the 7th year girl and his brother together.

Edgar sighed in frustration. "Both of you shut up and let Al get his man!"

More cheers erupted from the room. Albus blinked in shock again but couldn't help the chuckle that escaped. Even after six years of being in Slytherin, he was still getting use to how his housemates acted compared to how you were told they acted.

"What are you waiting for? Go on then!" Edgar shouted, pushing him towards the door.

"Okay, I'm going!"

It seemed Edgar was sick of his 'pouting'. He never got this excited about anything unless it was the expensive chocolate his dad sent him every week.

Finally out of the common room, Albus only had to glance to his right to see Justin sitting a bit down the corridor leaning against the wall. His head snapping up when he heard the door shutting.

Before he could even blink, Justin was off the floor and pressing his lips against Albus'. Smiling against his lips, Albus kissed him back.

"I'm sorry..I didn't mean for you to get dragged into the papers..or for everyone to find out about you like that." Albus mumbled softly when they pulled away from each other.

"Don't be. Obviously it wasn't the way I planned, but I certainly have no regrets."

Albus blinked and looked at his boyfriend who looked so much like his dad from the picture he had seen that Justin always brought with him to Hogwarts. He found himself struck at how lucky he was to have someone as handsome and beautiful as Justin to like him.

"I love you." Albus found himself whispering, a blush rising to his cheeks.

Justin grinned his heart stopping grin. "Well I would hope the guy I loved since I saw him jump in front of his sister and take the bludger just so she didn't get hurt loved me back."

Albus found himself grinning in return before Justin wrapped an arm around his waist and tangled a hand in his hair before pulling Albus flush against him and crashing their lips together in a kiss that made him glad Justin had an arm around his waist or he would have fell to the floor from how weak in the knees the kiss made him feel. It was a complete cliche, but he enjoyed every minute of it.

Until whistling and voices belonging to his friends and family reached Albus' ears.

"Get it, Al!"

"Gross Scorp, that's my cousin!"

"Oh hush up Rose, you would be saying the same thing if you removed that stick up your arse."

"Don't ruin the moment you two! I totally ship them!"

"You're such a girl, Haley."

"Well I would hope so, Edgar. Or you wouldn't want in my knickers!"

"Now that, is gross."

"Says the guy who had a crush on Haley in fourth year."

"Shut it, Scorp!"

"Make me, Ash!"

"Both of you shut it! Don't ruin their perfect moment!"

"This is just gross Lily, you do realize we're watching our brother snog some guys face off!"

"Oh James don't ruin it."

Albus pulled away from Justin and laughed softly. Justin rolled his eyes. "Your family and friends are crazy."

"But I wouldn't want them any other way! And hey, you still have the rest of the family to meet!"

"Merlin, kill me now." Justin joked, grabbing Albus' hand and walking with him over to the small group gathered that were now yelling at each other.

A/N: Aaaaand the end! Did you guys like the ending? I did!

Don't be shy, tell me what you think!
