"You can only save those who want to be saved. Goodbye, Sensei"

-Morro

It flowed freely without a care in the world. It poured down the rocky slope, making a noise that sounded like thunder.

He stared at it, seeing his own reflection. The one that showed that he was 'cursed'.

He wanted to touch it… so badly… Then all of his problems would go away.

But so would he.

It was suicide. And he wanted to do it so badly. But he knew he couldn't. He had a duty. One he couldn't give up on. But ever since… this happened, he wanted to just throw it all away. But he couldn't. Things became so much more complicated, but things also got easier. It was so hard now. He wanted to leave the difficulty, but he also wanted to stay with his friends. His family. His tough appearance was starting to fall, and the others noticed this.

He sighed. Life was so hard sometimes, which was why he wanted to leave it. He looked at the waterfall and the little lake it cascaded into. Sometimes he wished he was as free as the wind and as smooth as water. That way, he could run through any obstacle and any difficulty without a problem. He could be free.

He looked at his hand. He wanted to feel again. The warmth of the sun, the chill of the night, the relief of water, the victory of battle. But the 'curse' didn't allow him. He shakily drew a breath.

Sometimes, he wished to die for real, never to come back.

Sometimes, he wished he could cry.

*Edit: Ok sooo I KNOW that I said this was going to be my first multi-chapter story, but I've honestly and unfortunately lost inspiration for writing it, but I didn't want to let it go completely SO I've turned it into a drabble. I am sooo sorry to the people that where probably looking forward to this, but I am not going to continue as planned. Of course, you probably already realized that when I stopped updating it since the moment it was published. I am really sorry for those who reviewed my story, you guys just sounded so excited and I now feel like I'm letting you down :(

Anyways, thanks for reading!
