this is an attepmt at polarshipping. the characters are Jonouchi and Mai. i have decided to add more onto the last part of this fic. rated M since there will be alot of violence and some sexuality.

Jonouchi spoke: "Hey call me when you get home, alright Mai?

Mai responded with a trembling voice: "Yeah, I'll call you."

Jonouchi: "Alright then I'll wait for your phone call. I love you Mai.

Mai replied, voice trembling even more: " I-I…love you to Jonouchi."

Mai turned away from Jonouchi's worried look. She walked down the walkway and got into her car. That was the last time that Jonouchi saw Mai. He waited for hours for her phone call. His mind was racing trying to figure out what was bothering Mai, for he had noticed the trembling in her voice. He just sat there waiting for the phone call that somewhere deep inside of him he knew would not come. Finally after hours of waiting he gave up. He got up and walked over to his dresser. He reached into the drawer and pulled out the little black bow that was inside of it. He walked over to his balcony that looks over the ocean. His arm started moving like it was going throw the box into the ocean. Before he could throw it in something deep inside of him would not allow him to throw it in. he could not bring him self to throw away his love and hope for Mai.

this was my first attemp at polarshipping in the Yu-Gi-Oh fandom.i would really appriciate it if you would comment me about it so that i can better at writing.i will gladly read some of your stuff and comment you on it as well.
