He felt the bed rise the slightest bit when the warm slim body next to him left the bed, he snaps one eye open "Where you goin?" he asks sleepily "I'm just gonna have a quick shower, i'll be back in a bit"
He slowly sits up, swinging his legs of the side of the bed "Seriously Castle i'll be like 2 seconds"
"Do you not want me to join you?"
She's not sure if he is joking or being serious, sometimes she wish she could read him as well as he could read her. So she lets a small smile creep to her lips and slowly walks towards the threshold of the bathroom and turns around.
"You comin?"
God this woman would be the absolute death of him, as she slowly walks into the bathroom, swinging her hips more than necessary just to tease him, he is right on her heels following her as per usual. She steps into the shower and turns the water on, squeaking slightly as the cold spray hits her naked skin, but the coolness of the water is soon forgotten when Castle stands behind her and places his large warm hands on her hips. She lets out a hum of appreciation slowly leaning into him, their naked bodies colliding. As the spray is now warm, steaming up the shower, she turns in his arm to face him, she doesn't know how long they've been standing there like that but she needs to hurry up or she'll be late for work. So as she reaches down for the shampoo she feels his fingers wrap around her wrist pulling her away from the bottle. He kisses her hand pulling her up then kisses her lips, the kiss is slow and content not heated or fast. Castle moves his lips from hers and continues to kiss down her jaw and neck, nipping at the sensitive flesh. She lets a small groan as he kisses that spot that drives her wild.
"Cas- Castle" she lets out breathy 'Hmm?"
"We- we can't, we have to be at the precinct in a half an h-"
He put his hand on her back pushing her toward him, their naked bodies touching in all areas, she would never be able to concentrate or talk when they were this close, so she let him fool around a little more, she couldn't stop her self but join in, touching their most sensitive areas, groaning, sighing and cursing their way through there shower. The ringing of her phone interrupted their extremely heavy more-than-make out session, she stepped out of the shower and attempted to dry herself off, she walked through the room and grabbed her phone.
"Beckett" "Yo, Beckett, where the hell are you, Gates is going crazy you were mean't to be here half an hour ago"
Shit had they really been in the shower for almost an hour.
"Oh- Um- Shit- sorry Espo, we'll be there in like 10 minutes" "Yeah you better or she's gonna kick you and Castle to the curb" As she run frantically around the room chucking on any clothes she could find, Castle came wondering out,

"You're seriously asking me that? we've been in the shower for like almost an hour, you distracted me and now Gates is gonna put me on desk work all week"
Was she really mad at him? Two minutes ago they were minutes away from heaven.
"Look, i'm extremely sorry, but if you get put on desk work I promise to make it up to you" God she couldn't deny that smile and the towel hanging low on his hips, she wanted to push him back in that shower and finish what they started.
