Her eyes. The colour of the depths of the ocean. Or the colour of sapphires. The very same colour blueberries and blue bells. Thick dark lashes line the outside of her eyes. He felt himself getting lost in their depths. He almost couldn't breathe, his chest felt tight like it couldn't expand. It felt as if he was drowning just looking at them.
"It's rude to stare," she said as he broke out of his haze.
His eyes. The colour of emeralds. Of pine trees and grass. Or the colour of leaves growing in the spring. She felt as if she was flying. Her heart beating fast and mind running at a mile a minute. She felt so elated just by looking at his eyes.
"I know I'm handsome but it's creepy to stare ugly," he said. She snapped out of her mind and back into the real world.
