Miss Parker crossed the hallway and went into the kitchen to retrieve the box of ice from her fridge. She put some in the empty glass resting next to the dishwasher. Before she was able to step out of her high heels or unhook her bra under the blouse as she normally did, the telephone started ringing and the annoying sound filled the house.

"What?"
"I guess you didn't find it."
"What, Jarod? What are you talking about?"

And the exact moment she finished those few words, Miss Parker noticed the red box sitting on her coffee table. The phone balanced in the crook of her neck, she slowly let her fingers glide over the silkiness of the soft paper surrounding it. She slowly opened the corners and pushed it off and found a box of exquisite pralines under it.
"I have found it."
Were her words before she heard the line disconnecting.

It was late and after a few glasses of Vodka on the Rocks even Miss Parker had found her way towards her bed, now the softness of the bed sheets surrounding her. Her eyes wandered over her bedroom walls.

Her cell phone was vibrating on her nightstand just when she wanted to push this little nougat praline with the nut on top into her mouth.

"What," was her word.
"And do you like them?"
"Why are you asking?"
"Because I once read ... you know some women think that chocolate is better than sex."
"Yeah I know, its true Jarod." There was a pregnant pause.
"Have you never thought of it? I mean you slowly, with the tips of your fingers, get the praline out of the box, carefully not to destroy its beauty. Then you bring it to your lips, which you leisurely wet with your tongue before, and then your lips slowly close over the praline. It moves onto your tongue, gently, and you can taste the chocolate with all its richness. Your tongue moves slowly, up and down it and carefully you retrieve your fingers from your mouth, lick them carefully not lose any of it. But in the same moment your tongue is playing with the first shift of the chocolate and the nut on top. Your tongue encircles it slowly, till it pops from the chocolate directly into your mouth. You relax into the richness of the taste and carefully breathe into it." The breathing on the other side of the line had gotten heavier. You encircle the praline till nothing is left then the luxury of the chocolate."

There was a soft moaning on the other side. After a not so silent pause on Jarrod's side and the security that he was able to breathe the regular way, he answered – "I knew Parker, the truth is out there!"
