Merry Christmas, Bonnie
Bonnie was home from college for a while, Christmas break. It was a week before Christmas and she'd just given everyone their Christmas presents, even Elena Gilbert whom she wasn't speaking to since she seduced and slept with her now ex-boyfriend Kol Mikaelson. She'd just come home from hanging out with Caroline and needed to study. When Bonnie walked through the door her phone started ringing. It was Caroline. "Probably seeing if I got in safe." Bonnie said to herself as she answered her phone.
"He-" She started.
"Bonnie, put on a black dress and let your hair down. Come over quickly don't ask questions just do it." Caroline demanded and then hung up.
Bonnie became confused and just went to change her clothes. She slipped into black stapless dress with silver rhinestones. Her black pumps and black clutch bag with rhinestones. She fixed her make up so she looked presentable for whatever Caroline had in mind, it can't be good if she's just getting all dolled up. Caroline was just that damn spontaneous. She didn't understand it and she wasn't going to try to. Bonnie let down her and brushed it so was swaying at her back. Bonnie then made her way to Caroline's.
Arriving at Caroline's house, she noticed a black Maserti parked in front her house. She looked at the lincese plate and sighed. She'd know that number anywhere. Before the small witch made it to the door, Kol was walking out of Caroline's house with a dozen white roses and small black box with a red ribbon wrapped around it. Kol laid his eyes on the vision of his ex girlfriend. Whom he hurt extremely badly, he allowed Elena to come in and ruin his relationship with Bonnie and he could forgive himself for doing. Bonnie back up seeing her ex dressed in all black. She attempted to contain a smile but she couldn't.
Kol sauntered down the steps and handed her the roses, Bonnie gently grasped them in her hand and smiled at him. But her mouth fell open as he dropped to one knee.
"I lost everything, when I lost you Bonnie. I was so weak minded when Elena came to me. We'd argued and I allowed her to snake her way into my bed. For that, I can't expect your forgiveness but I want to spend my immortal life earning it because I love you, Bonnie Bennett. And no one other than you." Kol spoked and opened the ring box showing a ten and half carat diamond ring. "Allow me to spend all of eternity showing how I love you. Will you marry me, Bonnie?" He proposed. Bonnie laughed through the tears racing down her cheek and nodded her head.
"Yes. Yes, I will." She accepted dropping down to her knees and capturing his lips with her own. Smiling, kissing back, Kol slipped the ring on her finger.
"Merry Christmas, Darling." Kol whispered, hugging her tightly.
"Merry Christmas, Batman." She whispered back.
