Another "Jay-Jay the Jet Plane" story, this time it's "Tracy's Fantastic Journey" Enjoy and comment.
It was a clear night in Terrytown, and all the airplanes were waiting for Savannah, the world famous jet, who was returning home to Terrytown for the first time in decades.
"She's the world's fastest airplane." said Old Oscar.
Big Jake remembered when she set the record for fastest takeoff ever.
"Isn't this exciting!" said Jay-Jay.
"Yes!" said Tracy. "I can't believe this is happening!"
Just then, a strange sound was heard from up in the sound. It was Savannah! All the planes cheered and went over to greet her.
Easy O'Malley arrived to make a speech.
"We are very grateful to have you back in Terrytown after years of flying around the world." he boomed.
"And I am glad to be home." said Savannah as she went to rest for a while.
Easy O'Malley placed a DO NOT DISTURB sign, so that the other planes would not disturb her. The other planes wouldn't bother her.
But Tracy wanted to talk to her. She went over to see her
"Excuse me. May I talk to you for a moment? Please?"
Savannah smiled.
"Sure! What do you need to talk to me about?"
"I never get to do anything fun, like go to far-away places or travel the world! All I get to do is train to be a airplane!"
"One day, when you are older, you'll be able to do all the fun things that I did! But for now, you just need to use your imagination!"
"What's that?" asked Tracy.
"Think about all the fun things that you want to do." replied Savannah.
Later that night, Tracy thought about all the fun things that she wanted to do. She stayed up all night, thinking and thinking.
The next morning, it was very foggy as Tracy set off on her flight. High above the mountains, she thought she saw Savannah flying high in the clouds.
Tracy followed her, but when she got higher and higher, she could not believe what she saw! Sparking crystals could be seen. It was a wonderful sight for Tracy.
Then, she saw another amazing sight, huge sunflowers from the ground up!
"This is so cool!" exclaimed Tracy.
Another amazing sight was soon on the horizon. The clouds looked like tugboats, floating by in perfect formation.
Tracy was excited. She was finally using her imagination!
Then, she flew over a huge rainbow, not just one, but thousands!
After that, she flew over a sea, and a dolphin splashed out of the water!
She then flew over several snowmen, and then flew back into the tunnel. Just then, she saw Savannah!
Tracy followed her through the valley, until they arrived safely home.
"What happened?" asked Tracy.
"You were dreaming." replied Savannah.
Tracy was confused.
"You were using your imagination." added in Savannah.
Tracy was the happiest airplane of all.
