Reveal one-shot based off of a couple comic dubs I saw on youtube that I really liked! Hope you enjoy!

It was a starry night, cold and serene, the moon far up in the sky with twinkling stars outlining its exquisite figure. Chat Noir and Ladybug sat staring up at the beauty in awe on one of their night time patrols. Ladybug couldn't help but think about how similar its beauty was to a certain someone, and without thinking, asked,

"You know what else is this beautiful?"

"What, my lady?"

"Adrien Agreste."

Chat did a double take, and a response slipped out by reflex.

"Thank you."

Ladybug blinked. And blinked again.

"What?"

"What?"

"A-A-Adrien?!" Ladybug was freaking out internally. Out of all of the people it could be, the one shamelessly flirting with her, the one who had her back all this time, the one who put his life on the line for her, the one who loved her with all he had in him, Adrien! Wait, that meant that Adrien made stupid cat puns and Adrien winked suggestively at her on a normal basis. Though, to be fair, it also meant Adrien looked damn fine in fake leather - not the point - this was a catastrophe! (No pun intended.) How on Earth could someone so polite and caring and sweet be so - so - mangy and flirtatious and… suddenly, she saw the similarities.

Even though he was mangy and flirtatious and annoying sometimes, he was also loving and loyal and kind. She couldn't be happier - Adrien loved her. Adrien loved her! ADRIEN LOVED HER! It was all she could think about as her vision became blurry from the tears spilling out of her eyes. She was Adrien's lady. She was his.

"Oh no, oh no, oh no, please don't cry, my lady, I didn't think you'd be this disappointed to know it was me - if I had known - oh, I'm so sorry. I'll leave. You'll never have to see me again, I promise I'll stay away!" he choked out, tears blurring his vision as well. Just as he was turning to jump away, Ladybug grabbed his arm.

"Adrien… Adrien! Adrien Adrien Adrien, how could I be so stupid? You - it's so obvious - what have I been doing all this time?" She pulled him down into a hug. "It's always been you. I couldn't be happier," she said through broken sobs. Chat's eyes lit up, like the luminescent stars looming above.

"You - you're happy? Do you know me? Do I know you?" Ladybug pulled back, hand on his cheek, staring languidly into his eyes.

"It's me, Chat. It's me." She pulled him down, and their lips met. Chat's eyes blew into luminous globes as he felt sparks of fire in his stomach, slowly spreading through his body, sending shivers down his spine. Ladybug could feel the instant connection, the immediate link, and the bond between them she felt grow stronger as Chat's hands cupped her own cheeks and he pushed into the kiss, breaths becoming mangled and short. They broke, lust clear in their incandescent eyes.

"Marinette."

Now it was Chat's turn to be overwhelmed (not that he wasn't already by that staggering kiss). All those playful puns, sassy smirks, and seductive stares. Those cajoling curves, enticing endless eyes, and cute curls. She was perfect in both forms; how had he been so blind?

"Marinette," the name rolled off his tongue like water. Everything he'd ever wanted - no, needed - was right there in front of him this whole time. "I love you, Marinette. I love you!"

They were both a mess of tears and emotions as Ladybug replied, "I love you, too, Chat. I love you so much."

They merged together once more in another heart stopping kiss. This time, it was much more passionate as they pushed as close as they could together, electricity shooting through their veins. When they parted, they looked into each other's eyes, and saw what neither had been able to see before. Their real other half.
