Pairing: Zammie (love/hate)
A/N this is mean to be Zack/Cam, but it turned into something bigger, that showed twisty emotions
He hates her. Everything about her, he hates.
He hates her soft skin, the solemn look in her eyes, the way she whispers his name when she's with him.
Yes, he despises her.
He hates the way one touch makes him hers, the way she has him wrapped around her slender finger, and the way she mindlessly jumps into dangers for others without caring about herself.
Eve if she was gone, he'd still hate her.
He hates her smile, her soft and silky hair, her bemused expressoin when she tlks in ancient Gaelic.
But, by God, he loves her.
Her needs her, his light, his star, his moon and all the sappy things between. He could list it all, everything she is to him- both vice and virtue, emotion and expression, facade and ideals. He could keep on talking about it, until someone shut him up. He coud go on an on, but he doesn't, because he's too busy telling himself that he hates her, even when he knows the truth. He loves everything about her, everything he hates about her, he loves it even ore.
If he is hers, then she is his.
Yes he is hers. Every cell, every atom, every molecule, in his body is Cammie Morgan's. She's so right, so true, and so innocent, that he just can't help letting her take him over.
He hates her because he would kill her if they were together. He was too dark, and she was too light. Incompatible with the other. Incomplete without the other. Lost without one, living without the other.
But he can't stop loving her, because she's all he has left to love.
She still looks for him- he knows that. When he checks on her, she's always worried about something. He can't let himself slip too close, because one day, he's going to vanish on her. It won't be by choice, but it's better now, because time will heal the wounds that he's inflicting by staying away.
He knows the scars won't fade. She loves him too much, or she thinks so anyway. It doesn't matter which it is, because either way, he's going to break her.
He still knows though, that even when she's moved on, Zachary Good will still think back to sophmore year, and love her just as much as before.
